When I researched getting the uhaul my online estimate had unlimited miles and 2 weeks later when I went to rent the uhaul it had limited miles and had to purchase an extra 500 miles for my trip. Making the uhaul more expensive then the competition I had looked at. Only having the option of getting that vehicle to load up and move that day I was left with no option but to overpay for a service that was supposed to be the cheaper option and ended up costing me more money, stress, and time.

The overall service was good and the truck was good however reserving the truck was not so much. I reserved a 26 foot truck and ended up with a 20 foot truck which was too small and I had to find relatives to drive out from Las Vegas and pick up the rest of the furniture that did not fit in the U-Haul truck so this was very stressful and upsetting and concerning. I was told I couldn't pick up the truck at the location near my home and had to drive an additional 20 minutes further to get the truck, which also put us in a time crunch. I was told I would get a $50 credit and I have not seen that on my credit card however I have to be upfront and let you know that $50 is not much of a good faith credit to not have the truck one orders or the location ordered from and then ask family members to drive 700 miles round-trip to help you with leftover furniture because they wouldn't fit in the truck. The lady that we return the trip to was very delightful and helpful.

Afternoon girl took 30 minutes to check me back in when I was the only customer...rented 2 bundles of blankets I didn't even open but she wouldn't give me a credit...just a courtesy, but still would have been nice

Truck was dirty. after driving on freeway, truck would pull to the right after driving over any bump in the road. why fill out the paperwork online when they have you do it again at the pickup location?

No issues of dropping off the U-haul Truck. I just wish that all U-Haul Renting Truck Gas Cap has a Key Lock. In case a Thief might possible Siphon a Gas from the Filler Tank when Parked overnight.

MAke sure it is clear that one must create an account if they are going to pick up the vehicle outside of business hours. I understood that all I had to do was to call a number and the code would be supplied to get the key.

My experience with this location was great! The Uhaul was clean, the air worked great and truck used the most minimum amount of gas. I will most definitely go back to this location.

The customer service guy took 50 minutes to write my contract had to call corporate to figure it out and on top of that I was 30 minutes late returning so they charged me 30 extra for being late! I don't believe I should be charged extra when this guy took 50 minutes which was cutting into my time to move

A lot of pine needles in the back. The front windshield was a solid spatter of bugs and badly needed to be cleaned - windshield wipers were not up to deal with that amount of smear. Customer service agent was friendly. Truck did not have as much gas in it as indicated on the check out card. However, due to time constraints I did not come back in the store to quibble over a couple of gallons of gas.

I was charged 24.75 for gas...the tank was 3/4 fill when i got it...i filled it at 3/4 and they said it was at 7/8....bull crap place trying to steal your money

My bad review has nothing to do with pick up or drop off locations. Uhaul corporation is a mess. I reserved a specific truck 26'. By the time the pick up date came , they did not have my reserved size so I was forced to pay for 3 small 10' vans , 3 times the gas, plus 3 times the insurance, plus 3 deposits. I was listening to people complain all around me because they were in similar situations. My moving budget went from $350 to $1000. And to make matters worse , I'm on my 4th day since i returned equipment and I still have not received my 3 deposits that I was obligated to pay for each truck.

The lady Tiffany was very nice upon arrival upon completion another lady was there very rude insensitive and just all together ignorant. She will be the reason I will not return. Customer service is very important and she had none. Even the lady before me she was helping as she left said thank u and the worker just brushed her off. Very rude!

I feel that I was charged to much money I only had the van for a couple of hours. I didn't think that I would spend that much money. I will never rent from you again.

Reserved a 10 foot truck a week before the move at a Centennial Hills location because it was strategically located. Hired labor to do the heavy lifting. Morning of the move U-Haul calls and says truck isn't available. But if I drove an hour out of my way I can get one. Not good. I had a long standing reservation. What good was it?

I reserved an appliance dolly, but we decided when we picked up the van that we didn't need it. We only had the regular dolly. I was still charged $10 for the appliance dolly. When we went to return the van, the place was closed. We were not given instructions on where to leave the keys. There was no drop box or mail slot to safely return the keys. I had to call the 800 number for instructions.

Have the truck ready and clean and with gas . Because I picked up a dirty truck with no gas at all .

Wasn't able to find a cruise control option in the truck I rented, but if the trucks don't have that, it might be a good option for saving gas.

Check to make sure the gas gauge is accurate with the receipt you get. Mine was pretty empty with gas light on and my receipt said i had a 1/4 tank. i only put 5 miles on it so i hadnt even used a gallon. The back of the truck was filthy as well. Almost like they never checked the truck after the previous user.
