Moving dolly and blankets were not in truck nor available. Location was closed on Sunday so no opportunity for help. The 24/7 check in process was awful.

MARY MARTINEZBecause at the time that I need to pick up the truck, I chose to use the app and get the truck before they opened. I had ordered a dolly. The dolly was not put in the truck, so I was not able to use it. This was removed so I did not pay for it. The driver side windshield wiper did not work. The AC did not work.

JIMMIE SCOTTWe are charged PER MILE for this rental, yet the rental reservation was chosen by customer service and it was well out of our way compared to other locations! This particular truck was riddled with lots of damage, didn’t open until 9am, no weekend hours … need I say more?!

Kierra CutterThe website did not work or load to do the pick up. After 40 minutes we finally got the truck and the appliance dolly was not in it. I had to drive across 2 towns to find one which wasted time and gas. If I ever need to move again it will definitely not be with uhaul.

RANDY ANDERSON12 foot closed trailer should have a stand for easy hitching. It was not user friendly especially when a customer has a compromised back and had to bend low and lift front of trailer.

RANDALL HACKERAssociate did her best but was not well trained on how to carry out the pick up process. Location was cluttered/messy. Had to walk several blocks to pick up the truck from the opposite end of the strip mall. Reserved time with UHAUL was after location was closed however the associate stayed open to help us. Total process took 30 mins.

Jessie KempkyI do believe that I was over charged. I placed a 100 dollar deposit. When I returned the truck, I was several hours early compared to the time scheduled time to return the truck. It was returned with the same amount of gas when I picked it up. I didn't recieve nothing back.
HARRIS LOUWhen we arrived to pick up the Uhaul there were 2 employees present. Both were not wearing a mask. Both proceeded to argue about who was going to put a mask on and help us. Finally, the gentleman helped us. He didn't go over any of the contract details. We were told to drop it off the next day. When we arrived no one was there on Sunday. They were closed. No one mentioned that to us. When I spoke to someone that called to remind me to drop off the truck they advised I would be billed after it was checked in. I wanted a Different card billed then what was used for reservation. She refused to help me, and continued to argue with me. This is a terrible pick up/ drop off location. Thanks, Heather
HEATHER HOUSEMANI dropped off the vehicle after hours. Therefore I had no interaction with anyone there, nor was I able To see the inside of the store.
MICHAEL NITZELMy parents move from milan, il to Cambridge, il was seamless. We will choose U-haul everytime. Also, the attendant from U-haul (Moline) was super great.

MARY MCMATHOur uhaul truck And trailer was due to be back on Thursday march 5th. We returned it be 9. And still got charged an extra $90. I had a rough time since the time we booked our uhaul. I will never come back and i will tell my friends and family not too. Just wow

MICHAEL RICHERSONI got stuck in the snow and uhaul was zero help to me they told me that it was my fault and I would have to pay 200 $ per hour to get it unstuck and it would take 2 hours to get unstuck. I paid for insurance and it didn’t help me at all.
