Leaving a +/-$100,000 truck, under our responsibility, outside a yard gate & the keys in a metal box, easily pickable, with no cameras or contract papers signed, verifying our return, is very disconcerting.

Berta HernandezThe "help: forgot to hook un saftey cables ,Had no lights at night had to run hazards until the battery drained each night. The stabelizer chain i found out was not connected at all and was however wrapped and tied off at the axel; 2000 miles later with 2 kids a dog and a cat in tow and 3 days of white nuckle driving. no thanks to uhal we arrived safe and partialy sound.

Roger KentStop charging someone for a full days rental when it was returned sooner than when it was rented. After all the run around because they don’t take cash so when I went the next day it was a different story so I had to walk all over town to be able to pull the cash back out after it costing me $4.50 to put it on my card plus a transaction fee from my bank to do so.. then when all was said and done what was a 8am rental pick up became a 11 o’clock rental pick up. Then I a pick up on 12th and drop off am on 15th witch should of been a two day 24-7 rental was a three day even though it was dropped off before my pickup time was so I was charged an extra day. I would of kept it the full 24 hrs if I knew that was the case but the haul fails to tell you dispute how busy or not busy they are. I don’t recommend any uhaul company because they dont do their job completely to help save the customer a head ache and or some money. And the one on noble was even a major let down due to make. Me walk in the rain because they dont take cash and didn’t even have my reservation when I called the 800 number after walking out of store, the person on the phone said I had a reservation there so I went back in and that’s when I was told they had no van or pick up witch I had reserved and had to pay for a ride to get there and I’m done with uhaul and will never rent from any one of them and will not recommend any of them to family or friends! I was severely disappointed by both places! Then customer service acted like oh well if you had to pay that much for a ride where you have a truck is waiting to be picked up. But was not! She did not help the situation but made me feel that my business and horrible experience ment nothing and began acting like it was my fault and dismissed my feelings and problem to go on to say as much that I’m to blame. So all the uhaul are the same. They will not care about the clientele only the money.

Jesse WambergI picked up late Thursday to use friday. I used Friday and sat, went to return sat night and they were closed. They are not open on sun and they were closed again Mon for holiday.when I took back she charged me for all those days!!! I said they were not open to receive them back and she said “you could have left them at the mini mart next door” . What?????? How was I supposed to know that?????? I told her if I had to pay rental of $60 I would just buy them then and she said I couldn’t I had to order off line and have them shipped…… wow!!!!!!!!! I should not have been charged for her closed days!!!!!!

ALBERT HURTADOI did online drop off. For the question of whether the truck was clean enough for the next family to use, I said NO because I drove through a lot of bees/bugs and felt the exterior needed a quick wash, at least the front. The box was swept clean. The cab was left clean. I was charged $25 dollars for this!!! UNACCEPTABLE! The man at the counter said he’d take care of it and call me. I still haven’t heard from him.

Easy to find and easy parking for the trucks. Plexiglass between staff and customers. Staff had masks on and hand sanitizer available. Location took staff and customer health and safety seriously.

I was called the day before my reservation and told the 15' truck I reserved was not available, and the only truck available in 75 miles was a 10' truck at a different location 30 miles away in Porterville. I'm inclined to not use U-haul again due to this experience.
