I requested a dolly, a furniture dolly and moving blankets. None of these were provided when I picked up the truck. Because I picked it up after hours by mobile pickup there was no one I could speak to. I called the number on the outside of the store but no answer. You left a mom and daughter without the equipment needed and we were forced to lift and move heavy objects. My back is now injured thanks for that!
