The sign up front said they were open until 4 PM on Saturday, but nobody was there (we were there at 2PM) and the doors were locked with no instructions for where the key drop off was. The mobile drop off picture was not accurate (not even a little) and we had to look all over for the drop off place. There were several other people dropping off in the same situation. This was a terrible experience and I hope you guys fix this for future customers.

No drop off box, and location was closed at 10.30am when opening time was 10 am. Called Uhaul and operator who helped me resolve the situation was amazing but won't use mail n more in Arleta again.

Furniture pads weren't folded when I picked up truck, but customer is supposed to fold them before returning truck or else there's a fee??? Do better

Due to the items requested such as furniture covers and flat bed were not included even though it was initially ordered. Best to pick up from u-haul main location not from alternate location. The guy was in hurry to get rid of us because he had prior arrangements. His words "I am glad you came early, I didn't even know I had pick up ordered ".

No info on where to drop off u-haul and key. After digging around for information online, found where the key drop was, but still no info on where exactly to leave truck. Just on the property, which has a bunch of other storefronts. And the area where you drop key off is very sketchy, a lot of shady individuals were in the alley. All in all a horrible experience from beginning to end, but if U-Haul actually cared about reviews they would probably create better standards in regards to these things and customer service when being contacted about these issues.

The gentleman at this location was amazing. It was my 3rd uhaul location that day. Based on my experience at the first location in northHollywood, I will not be using uhaul for a while. They guy left me stranded. I had a guarantee reservations and he had a working truck he refused to give me because he promised it to someone else.

Salesman was obviously distracted by his phone. Gave me half the blankets I had payed for, lifted trailer onto hitch, then left, not securing it to trailer, did not stay around to check brake lights worked. Area around trailer was a war zone, old boat laying on it's side, covered in Graffiti. Drop off location was wrong on the contract

It was hard to find the location, the Uhaul sign was very small maybe 26"long. If you are driving trying to find this location for sure you'll miss it unless you ask other business next to it.
