Jessie was great. First impressions of drop off location had equipment but only sign saying at lube shop. Had to walk around. Older guy was not so welcoming. Jessie cane and helped.

Make sure the equipment has good tires. The first trailer I hooked up to had steel belts showing. Had I not noticed that myself I could have been in a bad position on my 700 mile trip.

I received a very (dirty)filthy noisy truck and was given the run around for over 2hours and had to wait for a mechanic from fleet to come take a look at the truck and then drive another half hour to a different uhaul location to have the truck cleaned . I filed a complaint and still haven't received a phone call yet with regards to my experience

I turned the truck and equipment in at 10am on the return date of the 17th. My contract said it needed to be turned in by 1:30 on the 17th. I got my receipt later in the day only to be surprised that I was charged for an extra day. They didn't show it checked till after 4pm. This place has no business being affiliated with Uhaul if they will pull this sort of crap. I expect my money back for the overcharge and y'all should really rethink having this place handle this. Totally unethical and underhanded.

I was called the morning before the pickup of the trailer and and was told the trailer I wanted was unavailable making my move a lot more stressful. I only hope changes can happen to make moving a better experience. In turn I was very pleased with the trailer and the return process. The gentleman that checked us back was very friendly and helpful. Thank you U-Haul

Truck was in a separate yard. Had to drive from rental center to another location to pick up truck. Also, rental rep was not very friendly. Equipment was clean and well maintained.

I am very happy with Magnolia West Lube and Auto. They were good to work with and have absolutely no complaints with them. What I am not happy with, and things like this have occurred before, is the poor management for the region regarding trailer management. For this rental we picked a place maybe 2 miles from my house. So worse case it might have been a 10-minute roundtrip to pickup the trailer. However, the night before I am to pickup the trailer, I receive a phone call telling me that I will need to pick up the trailer at a different location. The new location was about 8 miles way. So the travel time to pick up the trailer and return home would be about 36 minutes per Google. Was supposed to pickup the trailer at 10 am. It just so happens at about 9:35 I get a call with no name associated with it so I ignore it. The same number calls back about 5 minutes later just before I was going to walk out the door (I was running a little late) and this time they left a message. The message said that I needed to pick up the trailer somewhere else. If I would not have been late leaving I would not have known this until I reached the U-Haul where I thought I was supposed to pickup the trailer. The new location was 20 miles away. Which would be a 1 hour and 6 minute round trip. These times are just 1/2 of the total trip. So instead of the inbound/outbound trips being 20 minutes it was 2 hours and 12 minutes (per Google) but was probably longer. We've had other issues before. We had a location to return a trailer. We show up and they tell us we need to take the trailer to another location. A simple telephone call telling us they wanted us to drop the trailer off at a different location would have been appreciated. The issues do not appear to be related to the actual U-haul locations but the U-haul groups managing the trailers/trucks.

My rating of this facility is not based on my overall experience with the UHaul company but the location at which I picked up my rental truck and car carrier. The customer service of Uhaul was beyond terrible. The equipment I had reserved two weeks prior to my move wasn't available as promised. The only reason I became aware of this issue was because I called the pickup location the day before I was scheduled to get the truck and car carrier, not because Uhaul contacted me to inform me of the problem. After several attempts to work with Uhaul customer service to get them to correct the problem, I had to find the replacement equipment myself. The customer service person I initially spoke with was extremely unprofessional and was chewing gum during our entire conversation. When I mentioned how unpleasant it sounded and how I felt it was unprofessional to do so while talking to a customer, she hung up on me ! After several calls to other Uhaul rental locations in my area, I finally found a smaller truck and the car carrier I needed. However, the smaller truck created another problem as it wasn't large enough and now I'm forced to make another 500 mile round trip to my previous residence to move the remaining items in that house. Luckily I've got a couple of weeks before I have to be out of that house. Not only will this take what limited amount of free time I have available but I'm also out the additional expenses for another rental, fuel, etc. The experience I had with the Uhaul corporation was the worst customer service I've ever had. I doubt I'll continue to do business with them in the future. The pickup location in Magnolia did a great job though. They even took the time to show me how to load my vehicle on the car carrier, which I appreciated. They get an A+, Uhaul gets an F !

The truck leaked badly. All of the boxes stored and their contents in the "attic" of the rental truck got completely wet/soaked. The boxes fell apart from getting wet and the contents were also damaged. Defeats the purpose of renting an enclosed moving vehicle if you can't keep the contents dry. Very disappointed.

Both locations were on point and performed well. However, I feel lied to by the Uhaul system. The system offered a lower fare if I dropped at the Magnolia location by 3pm. I dropped it at 2:45. Then I get the receipt via email that I was charged an extra day and extra miles! That's unacceptable. The savings were negated by some incorrect charges

Jesse was the rep that leased the trailer to me. I would like to greatly commend him on a job well done. Very nice fellow. Also the man who actually hooked the trailer up. I did not get his name but I think he is a regional manager(?) One of the tires was questionable as it was going to be a 400-500 mile round trip and he changed it for me. Also had a wiring issue, not with the trailer but my hookup that he worked it out for me. I would recommend this Magnolia location to anyone.

Take picture evidence of everything and apparently you need to record your conversation with the employee while picking up the truck because it was completely different than what the employee at the drop off location said. Also check that the mirrors aren't broken. Make sure your safety is a priority because they don't care to check the trucks.

When I arrived to pick up the trailer, they hooked me up and said "you are good to go." I then looked at the trailer to find 1 of the 4 tires was flat. I had to wait while some employee complained and changed the tire.

1. pick up location changed the day of pick up. I had to drive 13 more miles. 2. Box had not been swept out. 3. The cab was so gross from previoius rental ! had not been cleaned at all. 4. windshield was covered in bug splatter. 5. I cannot in good faith recommend U-Haul again.

The car hAuler I rented had tie down straps that had been cut short. Apparently this was not reported to them whenever the hauler was returned by a previous customer. This was the only issue I had. The staff at the office was very helpful and explained everything.

The pickup time was too long. (20 minutes or so.) The trailer was dirty inside. Someone had apparently been hauling dirt and there was still lots of loose soil inside. Could not use until I cleaned it myself. Dropoff was erratic. Store was closed on Sunday, so I was told to leave trailer behind bldg. The driveway leading to the back was blocked off so I left in front. Days later I rcvd a call asking if I still needed the trailer. Had to explain that it was already returned on time within the 24hr rental period.
