Had to pick truck up 45 minutes away from requested pickup area. Wanted to pick up at 8:30 , pick up time was 10:30. Then when we got there no one was there. Had to call her and wait for her to return our call. She got there at 11:00. Time waisted!!

Location was closed during their open hours, had to call them to come in and open up. It took them 30 minutes to arrive and then an additional 20 minutes to boot up the computer and print the contract. I am in the Army and on a 4 days pass to move my wife back in with me, wasting my very precious time for an absurd reason did not sit well with me. I will not use Uhaul nor will I recommend it to any other servicemember.

Have your employees show up to work on time, and actually have a functioning voice-mail box. We were running late and kept trying to call, and the phone would ring and ring, and then go to voice-mail and say "The voice-mail box you are trying to reach is full, please call again later." When we finally showed up, we had to wait a half hour because no one had shown up to open at 9, and someone finally showed up at 11, which was an hour after our pick up time, and 2 hours after they were supposed to open . They didn't even give us what we paid for either, because they didn't have it in stock. If this is how this location functions, I would shut it down. I would never recommend anyone, even my worst enemy to use this pick up site. Seriously, worst customer service I've ever had.

My experience was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any company. My reservation was canceled twice ! Not to mention I was highly I inconvinced. U Hual will be my last source the next time I'm in need !

The person that helped me was warm and inviting, helpful and honest. The location hard to compare to a full uhaul retailer. But served my purpose. Truck had not been cleaned but was not too bad. Mud splattered from tires, cab needed vacuuming.

first of all, this was not in my contract...I had to go to another place a lot further, then they did not have proper trailer lights for hookup, then got stopped by police...then they changed my drop off location...Not impressed by Uhaul at all

Rude customer service tried to bribe me for her own personal info feom the company i work at. She called next day to get my card number i adv allready paid she said no and cursed at me. Completly un-perfecional. I submitted a complaint on the dealer. Completly out drawn by this location.

She wasn't as prepared as she could have been, her computer was being slow so she couldn't do anything about that.

I had my appointment at 10 and they did not show up until 11. They did not apologize for being late or offer any discount. I am not sure if she worked there. She was on the phone the whole time asking the person on the phone how to ring me up. Then she had no clue where the keys were for the truck after she charged me for it. It was a terrible experience and I hope you fix the problem. I will not be using uhaul anymore.

The young lady in the office was very pleasant to deal with. She was informative and made this part of the moving experience an ease.

only problem i had was placing trailer in lot room was tight but got it in there. someone had put truck with trailer in lot that took up turning around space. everything else was as expected.

I arrived to drop off the trailer at 10:30am and the office was closed. I left the trailer in the parking lot and wrote the return time and my contact number on the contract before putting it into the drop box. U-Haul then proceeded to charge me for an extra day even though the trailer was returned on time. There was no-one in the office to receive it at 10:30am which is not my fault. I would like a refund for the extra day charged. Thanks

It was closed when I dropped it off, but the Dropbox was readily visible.

Great customer service from the representative but in a terrible location. It was 15 miles from the pickup location I requested and then I was charged extra mileage. If I would have known that I wasn't going to pickup from the location I requested online I would have rented a truck from another company.

I did not know for sure how long I would be rather than let me pay when I turned in they forced me to pay upfront. Now I am having trouble getting my money returned. As a Soldier I am dissapointed. I guess I will contact my bank and MWR to let them know how soldiers are being treated by UHAUL. As a Colonel I was not impressed. Really, I return your trailer and you keep my money.

This location is more in a residential area. While it was not altogether hard to find, still with GPS in-hand, I asked myself many times if this was the right street. I do wish the employee had pointed directly at the drop time. I NOW know 4 days means 4, 24-hour, days.
