No place to turn around have to attempt to back trailer that says no backing on it into busy 4 lane road. After picking up notice tires on trailer had flat spots and out of balance. Also one of the trailer lights was not connected so I had to wire the trailer light up for it to function. Overall poor quality and maintenance of equipment I will never pay 424 dollars to rent from uhaul again not worth the money and hassle.George C.

I hated every step of the â€œappâ€ rental. I would much rather deal with a live person than go through this 24/7 rental. At pick-up, I had the most difficult time checking into the app. Location services was a problem (more so on my end but still equally frustrating) The online process just took forever. It was not streamlined or quick. At drop-off, I must not have verified the mileage correctly so when I input the drop-off mileage it wouldn't accept it. The page said I was 2,000 miles over when I only had the truck for 6 hours. Awful time with the online page again! Called the customer service #, waited on hold for over a 1.5 hours for a representative to discuss the issues. Honestly, it was the worst experience ever.KORTNEY C.

Very cluttered and unorganized. Did not have blanks to fill my request. I was give 5 of the 12 moving blanket requested. This location had vary little of the normal U-Haul supplies. I was very surprised by this location, not the norm for U-Haul.Lenny F.

The trailer tail light did not work, The guy did not inspect the trailer prior to my leaving the location. I ordered a utility dolly, and they did not have one for me. I had to go to another U haul location to pick up a dolly. This was very inconvenient and took more time from my busy moving day. This location should NOT be a Uhaul place.John H.

The agent at Madlocks was very helpful. The main office was no help at all they just wanted to have us travel 30 miles to get the truck we had ordered on March 20th. We called the main office the day before and they assured us we had our truck waiting for us. They did give is an upgrade to the larger truck but I do believe it cost us more in gas to use the bigger truck.robert V.

My family and friends have used U-Haul very much, my first experience with U-Haul was very shitty. When I arrived to pick up my truck there were no employees there to help. Though having no employees there would not of been a problem if I was told where the keys were located, but I was not told where they were so I stood around for more than 45 mins on my phone trying to call U-Haul... no answer... I looked around everywhere for the key, finally found it and took off. After moving and getting to my location I filled the truck up and was charged another $25 dolloars for gas, even though the truck was filled with gas. I believe my experience was shit and I will probably never use U-Haul again.Mckenzie W.

Wait here was very long - very busy store. Worker had a hard time filling out the information for my free 1 month of storage AND had a hard time locating a space that was not being used for me. (time I spent here was over an hour - unacceptable). Plus the storage space I did receive "free" smells really bad -- I didn't put all of the things in there that I wanted to because of the smell. On a positive note - the personnel here were very nice. It just took too long for what should have been simple and pre-arranged -- and I would never store anything here again - because of smell.Adaline G.

The parking lot was packed full with cars and other U-Hauls making it difficult to even get the truck in the parking lot to drop it off. Once we went to the desk there was no one in the office and we were told by a neighboring car shop to just leave the key with him which we were hesitant to do. Would recommend if you are in the area to go to the U-haul location across from the Peninsula town center. This one was much safer and a more professional environment.Cameron G.
