this person called me countless times to the point it felt like harrassment to make sure i was brining the truck back by 8/16/2022 at noon. For example i picked the truck up SATURDAY by Sunday I was receiving text message and countless phone calls and voicemails. Monday alone while trying to drive home SAFELY from GA to VA this man called me 10 times. i would send the call to voice mail he would call right back. It was very forceful unprofessional bothersome and harrassing. Calling me back to back is not going to get the results he was looking for, instead Its giving him a poor review. I understood the terms of my contract and when to have the rental back by. I could see if it was Today 8/16/22 and it was getting close to my drop of time of noon then calling to ensure i as still going to make my drop off time or if i needed to extend it but that was not the case at all. It was immediate pick up[ Saturday to when they closed yesterday that i was receiving calls. I made sure to have the truck dropped off last night to STOP THE CALLS. Even if i needed to extend my rental i would have not done so to avoid dealing with him. I would have gone to an other more professional and courteous dealer. The location was a junk yard/junk car repair place.!! I could barely park the truck there because it was so over populated with damaged vehicles. I would have never thought this place was an authorized dealership based off of how it looked. it was dirty poor lighting and felt very unsafe to do an after hours drop off. if o would give them a lower score -10 is what it would be . Nothing about my return was a pleasant memory all very traumatic you should reconsider highly this location as a dealer for your wonder business.Keisa H.

This self pickup this was frustrating I won't be doing it again. The truck was parked in a spot too small for it and was very difficult to put back.Mary H.
The self-service app was a slight pain. Had difficulty with it freezing up. Had to get customer service involved to fix issue. On the other hand, app is a benefit, as I was able to check out and return truck with facility closed.douglas E.
It was a mechanics shop and had no parking available when I dropped it off I had to try and squeeze the truck into a half spot the best I could the location was scuzzy and not friendly or nice to be at whatsoeverShannon E.

The lot was overly crowded with vehicles not easily maneuverable for a person that does not drive big trucks like uhaulQueenee J.
This spot is very crowded and hard to get into and out of. Also, I paid for a queen size mattress cover and when I got there and asked about the cover I was told that they no longer carry them. Why? It's a U-Haul dealer. So now my mattress has black grease all over it because I did NOT have time to stop somewhere and pick one up. I had movers scheduled to be at my home and didn't have time to go get one. I've used U-Haul for all of my moves and if you look you'll seee it's often. I was really upset and angry this time. I'd at least like a refund for the money I paid for the mattress cover. The inside of this U-Haul had black grease all over it so many of items and boxes are greasey... not happy at all. No place to turn around have to attempt to back trailer that says no backing on it into busy 4 lane road. After picking up notice tires on trailer had flat spots and out of balance. Also one of the trailer lights was not connected so I had to wire the trailer light up for it to function. Overall poor quality and maintenance of equipment I will never pay 424 dollars to rent from uhaul again not worth the money and hassle.George C.

I hated every step of the â€œappâ€ rental. I would much rather deal with a live person than go through this 24/7 rental. At pick-up, I had the most difficult time checking into the app. Location services was a problem (more so on my end but still equally frustrating) The online process just took forever. It was not streamlined or quick. At drop-off, I must not have verified the mileage correctly so when I input the drop-off mileage it wouldn't accept it. The page said I was 2,000 miles over when I only had the truck for 6 hours. Awful time with the online page again! Called the customer service #, waited on hold for over a 1.5 hours for a representative to discuss the issues. Honestly, it was the worst experience ever.KORTNEY C.

Very cluttered and unorganized. Did not have blanks to fill my request. I was give 5 of the 12 moving blanket requested. This location had vary little of the normal U-Haul supplies. I was very surprised by this location, not the norm for U-Haul.Lenny F.

The trailer tail light did not work, The guy did not inspect the trailer prior to my leaving the location. I ordered a utility dolly, and they did not have one for me. I had to go to another U haul location to pick up a dolly. This was very inconvenient and took more time from my busy moving day. This location should NOT be a Uhaul place.John H.

The agent at Madlocks was very helpful. The main office was no help at all they just wanted to have us travel 30 miles to get the truck we had ordered on March 20th. We called the main office the day before and they assured us we had our truck waiting for us. They did give is an upgrade to the larger truck but I do believe it cost us more in gas to use the bigger truck.robert V.
