Lots of walking. Truck was a front of large building, then had to walk around back (a couple hundred yards total) to get key, then back around front to get truck. Dropoff very confusing.

I rented here a few months ago and they called me three days later to ask if I had returned it which of course I had. So I returned tonight and there’s a sign saying to park on the street instead of the lot. So my pics and mileage aren’t exactly right. It would be much more convenient and safe for users to be able to park in the well lit lot instead of having to park down the block, not to mention a real pain to have to go back and forth

1. I did not receive the equipment I needed in my truck and had to inconviently drive to uhaul that had the equipment within my rental time and milage. I was suppose to be reimbursed for it but was not. 2. I was charge for after hours when I only rented it for 4 hours. 3. All has not been resolved. Please resolve these issues.

I ordered a European style van and you had a chevy van for me. I asked for the European style to put a king bed in. You also promoted no wait app that would keep me from waiting in line. A total fail. I had to wait over 40 minutes to get the van that wasn't even what I needed. Your service is the worst. Wont ever do business with you guys again

Drop off location was closed at noon on a Saturday in August during college move-in weekend. Closed Sunday also. Wanted to charge $20.00 for drop off if not notified ahead of time.

Difficult to find the building. Larger signage would be good so as not to disturb other businesses. I was directed to go to the front of your store by a man from a connecting building. He said it happens quite frequently. Otherwise great experience!

How do I secure moving dollies? It was a little terrifying hearing the dolly slide around in the back (despite it being upside down with the wheels being off the ground)

After following the directions to drop the vehicle off in the lot - not blocking anything, I did not see a key drop off area. There were signs with arrows pointing “U-Haul Rental” toward the business. I found what I thought was the best option and parked the vehicle in an area where the parking lot extended out a little further and out of the way. It was after hours, so I looked for a key return box and couldn’t find one and there was no sign with instructions, so I made sure to come back as soon as the business opened this morning. On my way to the business this morning I received a very rude phone call from the employee at Madison Power Equipment saying “GET THE KEYS HERE NOW!!” I explained I was on my way and I planned to be there as soon as he opened and he told me that as of that moment, I already had a $100 parking ticket for parking illegally. I apologized and explained I thought I did the right thing the night before - I didn’t see any other instructions and my drop off sheet said to park in the lot. He said “you should have seen other trucks parked on the street and that would have been your first clue!” I honestly thought I did the right thing. I wasn’t blocking a business and I parked in the lot - per the instructions. If the instructions had said to park on the street, I would have done so happily! I explained it to him again and told him I was genuinely sorry and he told me he would speak to his manager. He did not end up charging me the $100, but instead charged $26 for a cleaning fee. The truck was clean when I dropped it off. I made sure of that. No trash at all. I feel like he was determined to charge me for something. Every single interaction I had with all of the Uhaul representatives across the country were amazing... until I got to this gentleman. I realize a $26 cleaning fee doesn’t seem like much in comparison to a $100 parking fee, but it was not deserved.

I heard about all the things I had done wrong...parked in the wrong place, didn't clean the cab, and put on too many miles, for which I was charged extra.(even though the truck was sent to the the wrong pickup location)

The 15 foot truck I rented did not have a working fan or air conditioning - it was very hot and uncomfortable in the cab. Other than that, had no issues with the location or the service.

Once we got the cargo van it was great. However, when we came to pick up our rental, the uhaul computers were down across the nation! We were told this happens each holiday because of lots of use. Well, it this is the case each year...fix it or have another option for people.

First off this location was great. The staff were very helpful and understanding. I had originally booked through one of the madison locations but the lights for the car dolly were burned out and the staff couldn't switch my reservation over to a flatbed so they sent me to this location and they were able to sort it all out for me.

Your website for locating is very inaccurate. I stopped at three listed Middleton locations before I actually found this one. I had even attempted to call one of the locations listed and the phone rang continuously and no one ever answered. Once I found a real location, things went fine.

We made the reservation online for the closest location to us 3 weeks ahead. the day before we were to pick up the truck we were told we would have to go 60 miles out of our way to pick up a truck the size we ordered. The truck had a bug splattered windshield and the radio was not working. I will look for another rental company in the future.

The windshield and side windows had a residue on the inside that created excessive glare at night when driving until I stop and wiped the glass down.

-when webt to pick up moving supplies, at gamon location, no record of my order and had to pull up supply list on phone. -uhaul was not where i was told it would be at the park street location. Had to spend over 20 dollars on an additional cab ride to pick it up

I was not provided with any paperwork other than a small slip with my contract number on it. I had nothing to indicate where the fuel was supposed to be filled to upon my return, which caused a major conflict upon drop-off.

The guy who helped me get the truck was great. I am very upset that they charged me 25 dollars for cleaning the truck when I know there was nothing wrong with it! I appreciate them allowing me to keep the truck a few more days then planned but it was expensive to do so.
