DROP OFF HANDLED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY
Neil HThere was nothing wrong with the the people I delt with face to face or the last person I spoke to on the phone to clear up the matter of where too dropp off the truck it was the first lady that we spoke to and I ended up going over the milage to drop off the truck and ended up paying 35.oo dollars extra and the excess gas I put in the truck to get it to the last drop off point not happy with that at all

Laurence DI rented a U-haul 26’ truck for my move at this location. The truck’s odometer was in miles not kilometres. This proved problematic in getting a quote. Your sales representative quoted me $1100 for a 600 km trip. I have used U-Haul in past and therefore questioned the amount. The sales representative made a phone call to confirm his costs quote. While doing so looked up the u-haul site which quoted 0.89 /litre. Despite this I was assured that tge 1.43 /L was accurate. I later had to call customer service myself to have my account reviewed. It turns out tge 1.43 was per mile which is equivalent to 0.89 /L. My final bill was $700 vs $1100. The truth we used had a bad smell in the back that smelt of fecal material The truck we used was very loud. Maybe just the large motor in it but we suspect the muffler was damaged? The cab of the truck smelled of cigarette smoke.
Tammy GThe truck needed to be cleared of ice and snow. Luckily l had a snowbrush for this task. The truck was reasonably clean, ran well and was easy to drive.
Leonard FI guess you could say "welcome to town". But really, snow could have been cleared enough so that I wasn't stuck. I borrowed their shovel and cleared it myself but didn't have the might to clear it as good as a plow. So I got stuck. But got unstuck just in time to get home for Christmas presents
