Trucks were parked rather closely and I had to go over the curb to get into the street. Otherwise, the lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful and this was a pleasant move.

Requiring app check-in when the U-Haul location is open isn’t helpful. Changing drop locations and pick up locations is also unhelpful.

Even though I told her that we had ordered the 26 footer together with the trailer, she stated U-Haul would not allow her to give us the package deal, therefore adding about $300 to our move cost...not happy with U-Haul

Operators seemed to have an attitude and were unfriendly.. Like it was my fault they didn't offer me the keys so I had to ask for them and it was my fault that they didn't suggest a walk-around. On the up side the truck was ready as promised, the paperwork was in order and the sign out went quickly.

Overall very helpful, good to work with. I was a little confused by the contract; we said 5 days, but then the drop off location called expecting it in 3 days. Double check those details for consistency.

let customer know of possible brake light hookup differences. Improve the computer program for person who has to sign in the customers - make it more user friendly Yes I know it is needed for security reasons..but I think it could be better. Otherwise was an excellent experience with great attitude in face of adversity.

You sent me 20 miles north to Oroville, WA. They told me they do not accept U-hall anymore. You then sent me to Omak, WA 40 miles away. Your costumer service is terrible. Lady said read the fine print. Terrible,terrible, your company just doesn't care, This is not the first time.

The people at Mac's Tire were great. they spent considerable time on the phone and computer to straighten out the other locations errors.After two days of back breaking work and exhaustion, I was very relieved when they fixed everything. I would highly recommend Mac's Tire to anyone looking for Uhaul service.

The lady running this office/branch deserves praise and credit for truly having customer service and caring for her customer's needs. The Spokane branch totally messed up my reservations and she helped me pay for what I should. Much better experience with her versus Spokane.

There we closed on Saturday and Sunday so I didn't have any interaction with them at all. Easy drop-off though right off the road with plenty of room.

Accident damage to the trailer was reported but we have no knowledge whatsoever of any incident while the truck and trailer were in our possession. We have to wonder if it wasn't damaged while it was parked at the drop-off location.

Come at 8:30 AM to rent truck. Did not get the truck until 11:15. They had problems with the computer. Two office workers were unable to fix problem. Someone at U-Haul tec support was able to fix it. Have never had this much trouble getting a truck.

I had reserved a 10' truck, and was advised the day prior that my chosen truck was unavailable (one was available at another location 2+ hours away). I was given a bigger truck which I did not need, or want. I was charged oversized vehicle on the Washington ferry, and had lower gas mpg.

No one from uhaul was there at 9am for pickup. One of the tire guys had to help us.

I was Charged twice 2 different amounts for the u-haul rental. I use the online check out to return the vehicle and was charged. A second charge has appeared on my card for $85.25

We asked for the closest drop off to the marina where our boat was. Our drop off was not the closest and it closed at 4 pm so we took it to the closest and had to pay more. I don’t understand why we had to pay more.

When I picked up my truck, I was told I could drop it off at my destination at 545pm, full tank, clean and leave the keys in the drop box and pay in cash and my card won't be charged. I showed up at 5pm, full tank, clean, left the key in the box. they were not there so I left a note saying I would be back the next day to pay in cash. Chris Reed left me a voicemail to tell me i am getting charged extra days until i can go pay cash. I told him my pick up location told me it would fine to drop it off at 545pm. He was rude and would speak over me while i was trying to explain to him what i was told. I was getting interrupted, so i asked what his name was, he told, me, I said ok. Then he cut me off while i was talking and asked if i wanted to talk to his manager, cause she'll tell me the same thing if i do. I then asked him, did I ask you if i wanted to talk to her? he said no. By then i was fed up with Uhaul company, their services, and that I'll be there later to get this straightened out and hung up. I can't believe that a paying customer gets treated this way. Does Uhaul even require customer service, or do they need to send people to training?

It have never rented a truck that didn’t have at least 3/4 of a tank of gas in it. This truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up. It’s just one more thing that had to get done on top of loading the first day.
