james bWhen I got through ihaul I only needed it for 1 day. The guy told me that I HAD to get it forn2 days and had to pay for 2 days. I needed it for 4 hours max so 1 day would of been fine. So I felt like he made me pay for a extra day so he could make more money off the deal.

Harry LAt the Camden, SC location make sure you have a person on site when the pick up time is scheduled. I know that this case was special due to a family emergency but it just so happened a regional manager was in the general area and was able to adjust fire so my pick up was only 30 minutes late. On other occasions it might not work out so well. Good drive, excellent experience, easy drop off in Cibolo, TX.

Thoyd WBe very honest about Pich ip and drop off. Don’t let them feel that the flat fee is not the end if gushing out money. A flat fee is just that. I was told I could have the truck for 7 days and the fee was $$$, I returned the truck early and still had to pay for milage.what!

Denise BThe truck I rented was very clean and presentable aside from normal minor dents and scratches that are to be expected. The front brakes however were warped bad enough to cause the steering wheel to shake at an almost uncomfortable level when braking. Easy enough for Uhaul to fix if they allowed me to let them know. Aside from that, my experience was very satisfying and I will certainly rent again.
Steve WMake sure truck are available when requested. I scheduled for self pick up 7 am. Lady call from first location to ask me to push time back to 8:30 which I agreed to even though it messed up my plans. Arrive at 8:30 am only to find they didn’t have truck that was requested. She was very nice and said she would find another one for me. She did find me another one at another location which was farther away, which I ended up having to change scheduled times for. Finally get to pick up truck at 12 pm. The nice gentle tried his best but your system took 20 mins to load properly. I feel like it would be avoided if there was better communication between locations.
