Joseluis Mwe returned the trailer a day early during business hours but no one was at the facility to check us in. So we dropped off the trailer and put our signed contract in the drop-off box. But it was almost a week before the trailer was checked in, only after I made a call to u-haul customer service and they advised me to call the facility and ask them to check it in.

Earl KMake sure your equipment is Clean Outside, and everything is working properly. If I didn’t have a extra Trailer brake installed on my Vehicle. Your Trailer Didn’t have Trailer Brakes. Couldn’t even get the Cap off to Check the Brake Fluid.You Guys Need to have them Regularly Inspected, that would’ve have been Nice.

GANTLEY WLocation and staff where great. Uhaul as a whole needs to make it more apparent that a reservation at a location does not make it so you get your equipment at that location, you could have to drive up to 300 miles one way to get it. Also, you are not informed of the potential travel until the day before.
MITCHELL GMy preferred pickup site was Norton. Size I wanted not available there, so had to get it in Phillipsburg. I was supposed to be charged 32 or 39.00, with additional 16$ for insurance. I ended up paying 114$ !! Brad at Norton told me it shows up as a “wrong destination” charge when you return to a different location. He assured me that UHaul would make it right so that I wasn’t charged double. Apparently “Mac” didn’t know how to make that happen... and I have not heard from Brad. Trailer was returned to Norton site same day, about 1 pm. So, not happy about the fee. That part of your process could be improved.

Jill KI was not happy with u haul overall because i could not pickup my truck in the location I requested, but macs alignment was awesome. Also want to give a shout out to the smith center kansas uhaul because in the end they stepped up and bailed me out of a tough situation and got me a bigger and better truck at no extra charge to complete my move from smith center to topeka. Thank you smith center
Kellee MHe told us he would leave his personal cell phone cuz we were picking up after hours. We also rented a dolly and neither his phone number or dolly was left. The inside of the truck had something spilled in the cup holder. They need to check them over before renting them out

wesley rEven exchanges should not be this difficult!!!!! Just change the trailers!!!!! A 10% discount WILL NOT BANKRUPT YOUR COMPANY!!! IT WAS 8 DOLLARS!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND AND WILL BE USING ANOTHER COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

lori sGreat experience, very helpful and efficient. I would make one comment, but it's nothing against Mac's Alignment. I reserved my trailer online and it wasn't clear to me that it wouldn't necessarily be near my preferred location. I had to drive an extra total 60 miles. It would have been nice to have some idea of what range to expect to go. But Mac's Alignment made up for this inconvenience with exceptional service.
