Have appliance dollies available at that location. Online it gave me the option to get one with my rental. Instead the location only had regular dollies and I had to move appliances. The experience was scary and very time consuming all because I didnt have the appliance Dolly.

Only problem the rates here were way higher than any of the other Uhaul facilities that I've used for the same amount of time and distance. I recommend using Uhaul but not from this provider.

i was trying to verify the drop off location because there wasn't a sign stating the name of the auto shop however the address matched. There was a drive by shooting literally feet away from us and neither of us had ever seen anything like that. we called the police and gave them description of the vehicles. because i did not see a drop box to drop the key in, we left the key underneath the seat like it was when we picked it up. I hope that was okay. We are still shaken up a bit. This location is definitely NOT SAFE!!!! WE WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS!!! WE COULDVE LOST OUR LIVES DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE OF THE SAFETY OF THE LOCATION!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The truck needed an alignment and the drive was very bumpy. However, the truck was clean on the inside and in the back.

My issue with the rental is I turned the truck in on sat the 15 th. I was billed until the 16th. I had issues with internet and couldn't upload mileage pic. Was billed 20 extra for dropping the truck off Sat after hours. So if the mgr knew I dropped it off after hours why didn't he adjust my rental from billing me for 2 more days?

First I was told rental was $19 or $29, that they'd have to look it up. Then I was asked if I only needed the dolly for a few hours or 24 hours? Which indicated to me that there was a difference in price. I was charged for 24 hours but had it returned within 2 hours. Did not get any discount on the price which would up being $56 including $8 for insurance. I was treated nicely by the manager, but left wishing I had gone somewhere other than U-Haul. The price was much more than I had been quoted.

I was incorrectly charged a gas fee because the gas guage was documented incorrectly at the time of pickup on the rental agreement. I have pictures to show proof of the before and after gas guage. I spoke with the rental location and I was told I would be refunded the fee. But this has not happened as to date. Also the front driver blinker was missing from it's housing.

I was directed to this location even though my choice had the same equipment. The individual checking in didn't help me hook up anything on the trailer which was a first for U-Haul for me!!

Staff was rude, made me call into UHaul to finalize rental pickup since they had no computer. UHaul really needs to consider pulling their contract if they are unable to adequately dispatch equipment. Caused issues on return with mileage being incorrect, no vehicle inspection completed and no written contract
