A 26 ft truck was reserved several days before.nwhen I arrived, there was only a 20 ft truck was available.

Kenneth JWhen picking up after hours, it took over an hour. They cell service is awful there. The app was not wanting to work, phone call that was made kept breaking up and they were not able to do anything.. After over an hour standing outside in the middle of the road for service I finally was checked out. I am not sure if it was all even done correctly. But of course since it was not my fault I still was not able to have the uhaul an hour more for check in. The parking lot was so dark. I wanted to rent a uhaul at another location that was closer, but it was not available.

I always use u-haul and if needed again, I’ll definitely use them again. All rental expectations were good. No issues at all. The after hours box was clearly marked. It was a good experience.
