As I’m sure a lot of customers think they can get done in a shorter time than they actually will. This establishment was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
Gregory PThe office is short staffed and we had to wait a while for the "clerk" to get back to the office to help us. He then decided that it would be easier to change the rental to the designated driver instead of the person financially responsible. Unfortunately my driver did not have his id and we had to come back within 30 minutes. That time the clerk was in the office but there were 3 people in front of us and several trucks being returned. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes and closer to an hour. I was going to pick up more packing paper and the person didn't even know how to check it out, so was unable to purchase as we were using up valuable packing and moving time. Thankfully the return went much smoother. Will probably not rent from them again
donald sI was notified at 0630 on the morning of the pickup that my pickup location had changed and was 40 miles from the original location. The vehicle that I received was clean, but I discovered on the trip that it was a very unsafe vehicle. I had a blowout of one of the front tires. When I inspected the tires after the blow out, I discovered that they were bald. Absolutely no tread left. I am sure that is why every time I hit a stretch of wet pavement I had almost no stirring control. I am very fortunate that I was not KILLED!!!!

Priscilla MI was accused of using a Dolly that was broken , the gas mileage came into question, I had to show proof through photos I took. Sabastian the rep for Machado U-Haul and storage did not do walk through with me before I left the store the day I rented the truck. He tried to charge me a 3td day because he said the truck was supposed to be returned at 324 pm and it was 340. I was told the day I rented the truck that it had to be returned at 430 when U-Haul closed. I got no help from 1800 U-Haul . After I broke down in tears sabastian agreed to not charge me for the Dolly and after he confirmed my photos of the gas gage he agreed to not charge me additional. He basically called me a liar by say, “ I can’t take your word for it when I told him about the dolly, the gas . I also received the truck dirty. I immediately told sabastian BEFORE I left the premises d he said that was fine. The floor boards were covered in mud. I have pictures to prove it. Yet, I took the time to clean out the truck before I returned it. I’d like call back to discuss the service I got. 760 5289018 thank you

RYAN MTHE PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY GET 5 STAR. THE TRUCK SMELLED LIKE WET DOG INSIDE FRONT AND BACK, LIKE DOGS WERE LIVING IN THERE. THE 19.99 FOR THE TRUCK TURNED INTO $130. YOU SHOULD JUST SAY THE TRUCK RENTAL IS FREE, YOU WILL SUCKER A LOT MORE PEOPLE IN. I WENT 40 MILES AND HAD TO PUT $40 TO BRING IT BACK TO WHERE IT WAS. RIDICULOUS, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL. AGAIN THE WORKERS WERE A+
SONIA STook a while picking up my trailer reservation, even though there were 3 people there they were only helping one customer. Dropping it off was quick and nice. They allowed me to drop it off a few minutes past the closing time, which was great so that I wouldn’t have it over night.

RICHARD KThank you for UHaul!!! #1. Your associate was very kind and knowledgeable!!!! We are 100% Full Time RVers…… Ir we actually have a coach…. Made with solid Metal and our roof is diamond plated so you can go to concerts and have the perfect view and sound. We desperately needed to rent a UHaul truck and then van to complete our MISSION IMPOSSIBLE!!!! The employee was extremely knowledge with a advised us with use a truck for A and a B for that. I was extremely appreciated his advise. It took a little longer on our end. We are both over 60……. Yes, I would definitely advise family, friends, and neighbors…. Machado Rentals in Lake Elsinore, CA. We needed extra time and fortunately….. Macado’s extended our usage of the truck so we completed our goal. I highly recommend Machado’s service and the ability to get our project. I have a convertible BMW Z4….Only holds 2 people, LOL! Again we are extremely thankful for kind and knowledgeable associates!!!

Jose GWould be difficult to maneuver a large truck and trailer. Staff are friendly and vehicles are in great condition. The truck I rented only had 87 miles on it. The only negative is price was a little high compared to enterprise. However, enterprise didn't have a truck available when needed.
