I was told I had to have an earlier pick up time than I requested online to match their extended lunch break on Saturday. I was also told I could return it any time on Sunday because they weren’t open. This resulted in uhaul double charging me, the miscommunication causes the customer to lose money for a day I didn’t use the trailer? Doesn’t make sense.

My request was put in for sometime after lunch and they called and asked me to pick it up early because they wanted to close early. They were very rude and not helpful at all. They also did not have the truck I ordered and gave me a huge truck that I didn’t even use half of. There was a perfectly good truck sitting in the lot which they claimed was rented but when we drove by the next day it was still there. The truck itself had many problems and required way more gas then my original smaller truck would have causing me to pay more. The fuel gage was broken and it was not a well kept truck. I am extremely disappointed and will most likely not be renting through this dealer again.

The worst!!! I will never use you again!!! You only had the largest truck in the yard , I took one of them and could not drive it where I wanted to go . I was only able to do half of my work as it was a waste of my time and money . Naiff Harris 902-396-6521

Truck needs service. Was overheating, and transmission was rough driving away from the dealer. Truck also was smoking on hills. I also returned the truck with more fuel than when I rented it and was charged $25 for fuel. Please call me at 902 258 7047

Website says with the rental entitles me to one month free storage in either New Glasgow or Stellarton NS. When I asked I was told they would not do it. Why not? You advertise it you should do it.

I am very upset as the website confirmed my pickup for Abercrombie and then after my husband arrives there he has to go to Stellarton. We've rented Uhaul products 4 times in the past year, I should have been offered a discount for the inconvenience.

This was supposed to be a remote pickup with my cell phone. When I arrived there was no truck associated with my reservation. Then the Uhaul rep was extremely rude and threatened refuse to rent to me all because I called customer service rather then wait for her to arrive at the office. In addition, there was no record of the additional things I had requested (blanket and dollys). In the end, I played nice to calm her and got what I wanted. Not the way I like to start a moving day.

When I arrived there was no one around the uhaul section. When they finally came over we did up the paperwork and he gave me the keys and that was it. I then had to ask where the trucks were, they didn’t even prepair a truck for me I had to walk across a busy road and then look through the 10 trucks for the one that was mine. It was a freezing cold day and they couldn’t even have it warmed up? To top this all off the truck was so dirty I didn’t want to touch anything in the cab. Once again uhaul you have failed me. I’ve rented at least 7 or 8 times from you and you have failed me each and every time!

Probably not much , the office is kind of hidden inside a much bigger business ...kind of like the tartar sauce in a 3 pc. order of fish and chips ...everyone wants the fish but the sauce ends up in the trash
