When we tried dropping it off u guys sent us to a CLOSED location. Causing to have to drive in circles till i got fed up, called corporate and finally dropped it off somewhere, will never use u haul again

Cancel the contract with this proprietor and location. The store closed at 1pm on Saturday, though the contract was good until 5pm. There was poor cell service at the location, so the on-line drop off didn't work. The proprietor charged a cleaning fee, though the truck was pristine when I dropped it off. The location was poorly marked. There were no U-Haul signs and it was a sketchy neighborhood.
This location has the nicest and most helpful people. They explain things and take their time to let you know what you are paying for. Very happy to have come here!
