Uhaul moved the pickup location without notifying me. I went to the original place and luckily they were already open at 8 am. Someone looked up my reservation and told me its at another location. Uhaul sent me an email the night before stating my original location was the pickup. When i finally got to the changed location, it was closed and i had to do the online uhaul. It took 10 mins for an agent to answer, verify and approve. The gas in the truck was at 1/4 tank. I just love getting gas right at the time of pickup. The new model sucks.

The woman named Corkey was VERY rude to me. The sign said OPEN and rifgt away she let me know that I was early and she had things she had to do before the Uhaul part opened. It went downhill after that. I finally said to her, You are really rude. She told me that I started it ! Because when she asked for my drivers license I said, it should be in there from the other day when I was there. Then I gladly got it out for her . She said I didn’t want to give it to her. And that I came in early. The OPEN sign was on. How am I supposed to know that their storage units and uhaul are separate times? I saw an open sign and went in. Not only was she very rude but acted emotionally unstable and childlike. I could never send a friend there. But the man I dealt with the first time was very nice.

clean your trucks, I was given 3 pick up points, #1 didn't have the truck I ordered, #2 didn't have a single truck, had to drive25 miles to pick up a filthy truck. had confirmation @ 2 locations, nobody had a clue what was going on. did not get the truck I ordered, Cigerette buts in ashtray, windows filthy (inside)

The only problem I had was I was quoted 44.00 and it was taken off my debit card and when I took the equipment back the 44.00 bill rose to 51.00. I was over my mileage and knew I would be charged the extra amount which I didn't have a problem paying but there was no explanation why I was charged 44.00 and then it jumped to the 51.00. Kind of wonder if I was scammed out of 7.00 when I got back and the owner of the store took over my billing.

The 1 800 uhaul number information line is absolutely horrible. Said they would text the number to return the trailer to both numbers. We were less than ten minutes away. I received the text 4 hours later.

Courtney was great! The only complaint I have is your website would not accept my online reservation which was frustrating and a waste of time. I called the # listed for the branch I needed and was rerouted to Chesapeake then got cut off before the reservation was completed. Called back and asked for the girl I had been speaking with and the guy said he was the only person there. He was able to confirm my reservation. When I came in to pick up the truck they had messed up and added a dolly to the reservation which I had not even been asked if I needed it. After several attempts they were unable to remove it from the reservation and had to cancel the entire thing and start over. This ordeal held me up 20 minutes. Other than that, all went smooth.??

Location and customer service were excellent. Could not have asked for a friendlier person to be helped by. The truck itself is in desperate need of front end repair. Front end alignment, tie rods or steering box repair are required as soon as possible. The truck was all over the road and there is a lot of play in the steering wheel. Other than that, the truck was clean, fuel efficient and in excellent working order. Thank you for offering an excellent, reliable service.

The lady who helped me was amazing in all catagories...courteous... professional...etc.. as well as the male co-worker, although, I only spoke briefly with him. It appeared as though they had a good work relationship. The truck seemed quite older, had a lot of play in the steering wheel and was defiantly not for long hauls. It was noisy and the gas gauge was off. I reported that to them. I would probably use this location when needed, if they got a newer truck.Then, I would be able to give them a perfect evaluation. Great staff overall.

When I picked up the enclosed trailer, the proprieter at the location was rushing me out and did not open up the rear door to show me whether the unit was cleaned prior to me picking up the trailer. I initially booked the trailer for one day, and was charged the typical $29.99/day and paid a deposit of $29.99 that was to be refunded when the trailer was returned. I also opted for the insurance. I called the corporate number the following day to book it for another day. When I returned the trailer I had to pay $20.45. Since I paid a deposit that was to be refunded as long as the trailer was brought back with a clean interior, I shouldn't of had to pay more money when I rented the unit for the second day. Also, I was preturbed, to say the least, that there was a Uhaul generated image of "camel racing" in Virginia City, NV on both sides of the trailer. I am aware that there is no such thing as there is no Virginia City in Nevada.

The lady charged me for a dolly i didn't use. Then when i dropped off the uhaul i got another charge for not returning the dolly i didn't even take when i got the truck. You could not over charge people for things they dont use. Then when i called and filed a complaint the guy was very rude on the phone insisting that it was impossible for me to contact a manager that he couldnt get a manager for me and i had to wait for them to call me. I hung up and called someone else and within 5 minuetes had a manager on the phone. Also the lady wrote up our contract, then she told me to check the gas and make sure it was at a quarter tank. when i looked it was under a quarter so i went back in and told her and she just said "oh, okay" and did not rewrite the contract. I put the gas back in where it was at 1/8 of a tank and then i got charged another gas fee of $52 for what they say was 1/8 of a tank under. It was the worse experience renting a uhaul.
