Outside of van was extremely dirty - covered in dirt and leaves. Had to clean off outside of van before I could see/leave parking lot. Inside of van was clean. Attendant was reluctant to complete check-out process for van. Issue with check-out/assigning key requiring additional help/time. While going through rental process on u-haul.com, 200 miles were quoted as “allowed miles” with 300 additional miles charged per mile, but was charged for all miles upon returning equipment. I do not appreciate being given false rates as total was about $100 more than expected while renting the van.

This is not about the attendant at the convenience store. She tried to use her mobile phone to process the order and had to resize her screen multiple times to see detail then return the the full page view to navigate between screens. It took three attempts to get my credit set up, which I already did when I set up the reservation three weeks ago. What would take ten minutes at a Uhaul outlet took way longer because the attendant also had other customers to help. Whoever the individuals are at the Uhaul corporate office that set up this process obviously did it for Uhaul's convenience, not mine.

My initial reservation at a different location was cancelled with less than 45 min notice. I merely received a text message with the info. No phone call, no email, no attempt to assist me in finding another solution. Nothing. I was extremely upset as I had a limited amount of time to move my belongings and having a truck was a vital part of doing so. Luckily, the CSR I called was able to assist me in finding another vehicle for the time I needed. Still, if you are going to cancel a reservation with such short notice, you need to make an attempt to make it work with the customer. You cannot just send a text saying it is cancelled and call it good after that. That is disrespectful toward the customer and disgraceful on your end. Additionally, when my new reservation was made over the phone, I was told I would be able to get a utility dolly at the new location. When I showed up, there was not one in the vehicle. I asked inside and the gentleman at the counter said they do not have dollys at that location. If you have a location that does not have specific equipment, don't let people reserve that equipment there. This was the most painful experience I have ever had with UHaul and I truly hope this never happens to anyone else.

What you can do is to not confirm a reservation and when the customer arrives, they have no record of your reservation and no vehicle. This happened to me two times. I will hesitate renting from Uhaul again in the future. I had to travel farther to get a vehicle and this cost me extra in gas mileage cost. More money for you.

I only filled the truck back up to the point I received it but still got charged the full amount. I told the woman when I picked it up that not only was the fuel very low, but there was no dolly in the van as requested. She just shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry." I then had to drive more miles to get a dolly from the Uhaul store adding more $ to my charges. Even the guys at the Uhaul location up the road said "should've waited until 9 when we were open..." Will not go back here under any circumstances

Have equipment that customers reserved available. You failed on multiple points. 1) The truck I reserved was not available, 2) no solutions were offered. I was basically told to go pound sand, that Uhaul didn't need my business; 3) the storage unit that I reserved was not available when I got there. Epic failure.

This location was very helpful the lady behind the counter went above and beyond to help us, she was great, very kind and patient, the uhaul app could be more helpful though, but as far as people she was super!!
