We made the reservation at one location closer to us. The woman in the office was very busy. She put in the wrong day. When I called to reschedule, the woman I dealt with on the phone was rude to me. When we went to pick the vehicle up, we were told we were at the wrong place. We never got the 24 hour prior notification. The woman at the desk was rather rude too. She expected us to know where to pickup the vehicle. The pickup/drop off place, the people were nice, but that lot is small and needs repairs.richard M.

This location was fine. The fact that the original location that I was assigned was moved to another location, which didn't have the equipment and the second place I was sent to didn't have the equipment resulted in a terrible overall experience. Going to 3 different places to get what I had rented in advance and having to drive 50 miles out of my was not appreciated.John G.

We waited almost 2 hours at the place to return the truck. No one there could help us and there was a 70 minute wait when I called. The app wouldn't let me upload the pictures which is why I tried to callMarilyn D.

Trailer was parked under pine tree with leaves and other debris from previous user. I am a regular U-Haul user with an impeccable record but now I'm asked for an additional number of someone to call in case I don't return the trailer that doesn't make any fucking sense at all. If I don't return the trailer do you think my wife will answer her phone? I felt disrespected as if I were a thief or criminal of some sort. I will be buying a trailer, no more u haul.Felix C.

The pick up location was great - my only problem was that Uhaul switched my pick up place to further away - adding over 20 miles to my driving count and I had to pay for it. When I asked the dispatcher she said she couldn't credit it, called Uhaul - they said they couldn't credit it and when I asked the pickup location - they said THEY couldn't' credit it - I had to call UHaul. So everyone passed the buck and I wound up paying more.Daniel V.

I made my reservation the day before on the Uhaul website. When we went to pick up the vehicle from the location at 8AM, which was our scheduled time there was no one there. A customer who is a regular at the the auto shop ( which is the pick up location) and a mechanic called the individual and boss to let them know I was there. This person came in super late, and I did not get the vehicle till almost 9AM thus causing me to be behind schedule on the tasks I had to get down. Because of this, I was not going to be able to return vehicle at the time I was supposed to. I CALLED and was told that I COULD KEEP VEHICLE TIL NEXT MORNING and it will ONLY BE AN ADDITIONAL $20. So we agreed to that. Mind you, the truck had a 0% oil life when we pick up the vehicle, and had to drive like this the whole time. I explained all of this to uHaul. I was supposed to get a call back, but NEVER did. I was charged $153 the day of pick up. When I went to return vehicle next day at 8AM like I was told to do, because if another â€œreservationâ€, again there was no one there and they weren't even opened, although online it was showing they were opened. I figured out how to do self check out. I explained my issues and I did not agree to what uHaul was trying to charge me at the end of my check out. No one even called me, and uHaul charged me $18 yesterday, and then an additional $170!!!! On top of the $153 I had already paid. My reservation was for OCTOBER 29th, it is now a week from Thanksgiving. This is completely unacceptable from both uHaul and the pick up location! Customer service is atrocious from both sides. 0 out of 10, I do not recommend.Victor C.

I was forced to pick up this truck 16 miles further away then the original reservation. So the extra mileage cost me $45. That is a rip off, you guys had the truck at the wrong place, I did not reserve it for there.AMOS V.

Be upfront about the cost. The hidden and accumulated fees are far from what is advertised and offering a rental vehicle for &40 is deceptive when you pay a final bill of $170. Very dissatisfiedJAHMAL A.

The app and website didn't work that day. I spent the time going through it, then at the end, it had an error. Owners said the website was down and they spent 15mins on the phone with U-Haul, then I had to go back through the app. Still didn't work. It took so long to pickup. Would have been easier not to use app. On drop off, the app didn't accept my credit card due to a processing error. The owner again had to call after I left to make the payment go through. Owners were busy but tried their best. I'd suggest to fix the app reliability.MARTIN D.

We couldn't rent an auto transport online for the 1947 car we were hauling. I had to call a U-haul rental and speak to a sales person in person. The woman who helped me was excellent, a pleasure to speak with. She helped me find the most cost effective way to transport my car.
