Service was good, equipment was clean, however, I was not told mileage went up 20 cents bc it was a weekend. I was charged for fuel when I brought back the truck with a quarter tank, same as when I picked up. Very disappointed in this location

gary lOvercharged & trying ti charge me over $400 extra. U-Haul corporate has been no help in resolving the issue. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
Taylor VI was expecting to go into business to rent the truck. I do not believe communication was clear this was an online only pick up.

jimmie hNo one was there. Took forever to figure out where to park. I used the automated system to check out. Took a ridiculous number of days to get charged extra for incorrect mileage & has. WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN in Sheridan or anywhere else. Will tell everyone I know to find another company. I had to drive 60+ miles to even get the truck which the mileage calculated NEVER ADJUSTED FOR. This was after I gave the starting & stopping locations. I also left the gas EXACTLY where I received it - but you still charged me more! TOTAL RIP OFF.

gerald mLocation was fine but the uninformed cancellations that happened TWICE before this rental was very frustrating. This was the first Uhaul rental I ever had that took practically all evening and I will not be returning to rent from Uhaul.
Andres RMy only complaint is that your system has check-ins and check-outs of all your equipment and some how it seems your site doesn't know what is available and what isn't. I reserved almost a week out at a location 1-2 blocks from where I needed to be and then the day before pickup I am told I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to pick up at another location and there was nothing closer. Then as I was driving past my destination to head to pick up the truck I see a couple different U-Haul places with several of the very trucks I am now driving 30 miles one way to go get. They gave me miles but that doesn't help a whole lot with gas costs when gas is almost $4 a gallon and the truck is getting at best 10-11 miles per gallon.

DANA HEverything was perfect the lady at the Sheridan location was very nice . Honestly I was having a bad day and I was exhausted from moving . I walked in and saw her smiling face and she had a beautiful warm loving welcoming I instantly started to feel better. So on my second day of having the uhaul I started feeling sick so to make a long story short I tested positive for covid. When it was time to return the uhaul I called the drop off location I explained to him that I had covid and I was too sick to drop it off that day I was wanting to know how much would it cost daily if I kept a few days first he told me that he was so sorry that I had covid and he hoped that I felt better soon than he told me that he was going ton pray for me right now and he was gone pray for me before he went to bed. Omg my heart was overflowing with love to make another long story short he told me to leave the key and gas money under the seat and he would be there in 20 minutes to pick it up and he would put the gas in the truck for me and he also said that when I felt better I could come get my change now he was truly angle sent from heaven because he didn’t have to do none of that and I let him know that I appreciate him soooo much I told him to keep the change and he refused lol I had to make him keep it lol but I would definitely recommend both places to my friends and family

Jennie SI was giving no code to obtain my key for the truck, and was put hours behind on moving. I called the number and was on hold for over 45 minutes before just hanging up. I finally got ahold of a live person thru a chat number on the app. There was cigarette ashes all in the truck and it smelled. I was offered an extra day but didn't need it due to only moving 40 miles away, unable to move all my belongings due to my friends helping only had till 3:30 p.m to help. Drop off location great but I would never recommend that pick up location.
Socorro GThe agent was as courteous and helpful as all the others were and I would recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a U-hall in that area. I did pass along all of the minor issues with the equipment to them and they were interested in taking care of it right away. As always I had a great trip and the equipment worked well for my needs. Thank you.
Gene GLocation was easy to find but it was after hours when I dropped off. Main parking lot was closed but there was a good parking area across the street where the U-Haul trailers were located.

ROBERT RClean vehicles, make the remote pick up procedure more user friendly. Had to have a contact called early in the am, had I known this I would have informed someone. Also the day before my reservation "that I had made monday for a Saturday am pickup " I was called Friday and informed the 15 foot was not available, I was upgraded to a 26 which worked but made the move more difficult as I was moving from one apt to another.

DENNIS EOrdered a 10 foot truck weeks in advance, got there to be told they couldn’t get any. Blamed it on Uhaul for making my reservation with them, when in fact I made the reservation with them online. With enough advance that if the truck I wanted wasn’t there it would be. Never had an issue when David Reynolds was still running his shop. I get there to be told I’m getting a “15 ft for sale truck” at the same price. This truck was disgusting. My left foot was ate up by ants from the nest in the drivers door. The truck smelled of oil, cigarettes and food that was left in it. In the back was multiple U-Haul moving blankets that were wet and mildewed and made the cargo area and my property smell horrible. I will not rent from MPE ever again, I’d rather go to a different location and or competitor to get better service.

Benjamin AMake clear to the customer turn in expectations. Fuel guage level, mileage, vehicle condition, cleanliness. Ensure the customer has a copy of the contract in hand that has the fuel level indicated.

Chris VEquipment was clean in truck bed but cab was not. It was mechanically questionable to myself. I started out and was glad I purchased the insurance just in case the truck failed. Previously the truck I rented was very nice and newer. The location and people were great it was only equipment issues. The truck made it but suspension was horrible.
