The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful but because I had to go extra 60 miles to pick up the equipment from my original order. I was charged the extra mileage and there was nothing he could do about it.

The inside of the cab was clean but overall outside was muddy and dirty. I had to clean the windows to see through them

My experience with this particular mo-tires location was a let down , with a straight forward U-Haul return. Parking isn't clearly marked and unfortunately I picked a poor spot. When i asked if i could rectify the situation he was rude. The entire time he referred to me by a female's name ( Patricia ) when he had my personal information available. He also made comments that were negative about gas plus and accepting the U-Haul. I visited husky on the Northside to drop ot off originally and they were friendly and helped get me pointed to the right location.

Truck was not damaged. However, pot holes are so large in parking area and will damage cars and trucks. Terribly taken care of location. Truck ramp and bow were very muddy from prior renter and was not swept or cleaned.

Unorganized and truck that was rented 3 days prior was not there and I drove around for 3 hours feom location to location looking. This location was told by the other to stay open and if I got there before 12 they would get me a truck. I arrived 20 minutes to 12 and it was locked up tight and Noone was around meaning he was gone long before that. Very sloppy and unprofessional. Will never use this location again for truck rental or even for tires as they do not seem to value people's time at all.

When I was in the yard, truck was parked on the far side of the lot which was very icy. I slipped on the ice, fell and broke my cell phone, which did not impress me much.

Truck was dirty. Windows inside and out were dirty, I had to clean them. Someone's half eaten sandwich was on the truck cab floor. Spilled pop/beverage was on the dash. So I am assuming that hygienic cleaning of the cab was not done. No instruction was given on specific operating procedures for the truck. This was the same as the previous time that I rented a U-Haul truck.

Great sense of homour which, for a travel tired peron was a breath of fresh air. Can't think of what could be done for the next customer as I am very happy with the assistance that I received.

I was happy they had a truck to fulfill my reservation! Had to sweep out the truck. Check engine light was on due to fuel vent line cut. No big deal! A/C did not work… hot day !

Shiuld be food if have the speedometer in km/H instead MPH. Was only one detail that was confusing for me. All the rest was perfect. Thank you for the experience.

Self pickup is not a very slick process. I’d recommend the dev team look at what crypto wallets do for instant verification on the back end for some ideas. However, Mo Tires worked just great and since I still had to go in to get a key anyways, the guy working there was very friendly.

The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. The office could use some sprucing up. The 26' foot moving van was great. It was pretty dusty inside and needed a sweep. Despite that, the pleasant service made all the difference.

The check engine light turned on and I was told to just keep driving it?? What if we broke down on the highway? Was someone going to help transfer our stuff to another truck? That was very upsetting.

Staff we great to deal with, had some good laughs. They new the rental program well and went above for us. Location is definitely dirty/unmaintained. Needs a good organization and dusting. Hole in fuel tank cause an overflow and large spill at a gas station the caused a lot of panic.

Don’t charge so much money for the cub vans. Probably will just sell off most of my things next time I have to move and would advise everyone else I know do do so as well instead of renting from u-haul. Sorry but that’s how I feel. Have a nice day

The location was difficult to find, the vehicle was run down and nearly impossible to drive. Multiple issues with the vehicle from accelerating, braking and general driving.

There was grease or oil on the inside of the truck that got on the bottom of my furniture and hence my rugs that had just been cleaned.

Original truck was not available however they made accommodations for a different truck. Then when I went to return for my deposit it had only been three days and the Uhaul management decided to send a cheque which was sent to the wrong address so very inconvenient. Thank you to the staff at MO’s tires for being accommodating

Maybe an online booking system to speed up renting as this tire shop is busy and it took awhile to book in. No fault of Mo Tire just busy due to winter tire change over

I had a truck booked. But they forgot to leave a truck for me when I went to pick it up in the evening. I had 10 people that came out to help me move. But no truck. I called customer service, they told me I could go pick up a truck in another town, or wait till the next day. Those people who came out to help me, couldn't come another day. A couple days later I did get a truck.

Inside the truck is dirty, lots of hair and popcorn on the floor. The windshield was full of dead bugs. One of the auto transport tires blew up and it took almost 5 hours to fix the problem: first, the help arrived after 3 hours but came with wrong size of tire, then, using the wrong size tire we slowly drove to the nearest city to Kal Tire shop to put the proper tire size. So instead of our estimated 12 hours travel time, it turn out to be a very tiring 17 hours drive.

Dropped the trailer off and told the guy about the problems with the trailer and he laughed and said “doesn’t surprise me one bit” what a nightmare!

My only complaint is that U-Haul does not have any storage facilities in Lethbridge. It would have been much easier if I could have unloaded the moving truck into storage and then returned the vehicle at the same location.

Truck was not packed and ready for pickup on time. Truck had no gas and it was recommended to me that I go put 1/4 tank of gas in and they would credit me back any unused portion? I refused to leave with an empty truck. After 30 mins wait time which put me in a bad spot with my movers, I left with a truck that had a full tank of gas, returned the truck with a full tank of gas, and was billed over $500 indicating the tank was at 1/8 full. I had photo proof that was not true so my invoice was corrected. I sympathize with the owners of this location. They were friendly and tried to do things as quickly as they could for me, but overall the experience was a 1/10. Truck also needs repairs. Engine light was on and it made some interesting noises. Made me nervous that it would break down while loaded.

Was a little bit slow to get approved once I'd gone through the complete check in process, I think total 10 minute wait so all things considered it was really great to be able to get the truck on a holiday when the U-Haul office was closed. The online process worked really well and was well explained to get it done.

No washer fluid. Gas cap loose. Check in and check out took longer because staff were too busy chatting with other staff and walk in customers.

There was paperwork everywhere so to make it more inviting i would organize the paperwork and keep the shop separate from the office as far as cleanliness.
