The gentleman that helped me was awesome, although frustrated, did the paperwork then went out to the truck and the fuel had been siphoned which apparently happens frequently. So had to redo the the paperwork. He was very apologetic.Martha G.

I would recommend not bothering with the online reservation, and unless you want to wait for 45 min on the phone to correct any issues with the reservation. I would recommend making direct contact with the location you want.Jordan W.
I lodged a complaint after recieving extra fuel charged to my credit card. The analog fuel gauge showed the same amount of fuel when dropped off as when I picked it up and I supported this with a photo. It is obvious to me that this is a way of making a little extra money off of the consumer. The vehicle should be filled up with fuel before it is picked up so there is no "estimating" how much is used (just like a rental car). I was hoping to discuss this with someone when I dropped it off at 3:30pm on Saturday afternoon but the building was locked up and there was no one on site. Really not a good experience.Randall G.

Really wasn't the location. It was done through mobile. The agent wanted contact numbers so was given two. He only rang one and then told me he couldn't verify me with second contact because they didn't answer. He never rang the second contact because she was sat with me. So I wasted a hour trying to get it sorted. Very poor serviceDianne W.

Please explain how a one way 6'x12' trailer can cost $467.25 on July 15/21 and two weeks later the same trailer, same pickup and same destination is $4,092.00?? I do need the same rental again but will purchase a trailer instead.Kevin L.

I'm confused about the billing. The rental price appeared to be 14.95, plus a 60 dollar deposit. I returned the trailer in good condition, which an employee verified, but was not asked for my card to refund the deposit. Was 60 dollars the cost of the rental? If so, the billing is confusing.Grant B.

Here's my review. We took the truck back with more fuel than was in it when we picked it up. And we got charged extra for that. Got charged for putting 21.5 miles on it when in fact we only put 14 miles on it. So got really frigin screwed. I will never rent from this location again. Not too sure if I'll ever rent from u-haul again period. So tired of getting ripped off. Enjoy the review.Tim W.

When I picked up the truck in Lethbridge the attendant circled a telephone number on the document and told me to call there about drop off in Calgary. I noticed it was my home phone number. When I told that to the attendant, he wrote down a 900 number for me. That number was out of service. It would be a good idea to give customers a number that works.Rosa M.
