Regina SMy original reservation was at your location at W airport hwy also in Swanton. That location listed Saturday hours at 10 AM. We were there over 20 minutes and called your help center and they sent us to MJ’s. He was great but mentioned that this was not the first time the other location failed to serve the reservation. You should remove the W Airport hwy from your list. They never called me back after I left the message and it’s a poor representation of your company. We only had a small window to use the trailer and would have been stuck without the help of the call center and MJ’s
James GI did a weekend drop off. Just left truck in parking lot and dropped key in box
Kristy HI was sent to a place to pick up trailer that wasn't open until another 4 hours after driving 2 1/2 hrs to get there. then sent 32 miles farther to pick up a different trailer and they were not even open and was supposed to be. Which made me late for returning and was charged another 20 dollar late charge

Persia MFinding the entrance door to the shop was a little complicated as it was Unmarked. Once inside Mike was kind and helpful and went over everything he was supposed to. Upon entering the truck I noticed right away there was quite a bit of dog hair. As I am allergic that was a huge bummer and I didn’t have the tools to clean it up properly before driving across the country.

John LThe directions to drop off the UHaul was to drop it off in the companies lot. There was a pick up truck sitting in the middle of the parking lot, where I couldn't get the truck in the lot. So I parked it on the front of the building by the street.
