The staff did not ensure we checked the mileage beforehand and there was an obvious discrepancy in the mileage, by almost three times what I actually drive. This led to over charging me. The same thing happened with the gas because I didn't take a picture of the gauge they insisted I had used more gas than I actually did.

Yusuf ADon't tell customers that they can return the truck to any U-Haul location, if it's not true. Renting from Mi Carnal was a hassle from beginning to end.
Teri WTrying to rent a uhual in person was such a pain. And when I tried renting on the app it didn't work at all. Only by phone call did my rental come through. It was so quick and easy.

Jesus SThe truck we got had some important things broken, especially the part of the seat that controls how close to the wheel the driver sits, and was not able to adjust the mirror. Took us 40 mins to get a truck as well even though we reserved it beforehand online. The staff were nice and helpful, the equipment and process were a little rough.

Jeffrey JThe staff was wonderful! Plus I got to pick up some snacks for my moving helpers. Be sure you get all the equipment you reserved - I forgot to get the dolly, but the team happily refunded my money. Also, take a photo of the dash before you leave so you don't get charged for extra gas.
