I received a phone call from Safe Ride asking if I had turned the trailer in. Must have been a system glitch when they checked in the trailer. Outstanding personnel at this s site on the phone and in person when dropping off the trailer.

Make sure the equipment is ready at the time of reservation. Showed up at 9 and even did the online check in however an 18 wheeler was blocking the truck that we had rented so I said that’s fine no worries going to go across the street and eat breakfast to give them time an hr and half later come back and it’s still blocked. Would have been fine but didn’t even do anything for the inconvenience

Always have to wait because for someone to wait on me and every time they have had to call to get assistance from someone else. This time I had completely reserved a 12ft trailer online, which I had rented twice before with no problems, but this time I was told I couldn't pull with my 2021 highlander platinum hybrid AWD with a. 5000 lb dealer installed hitch. Eventually, someone on the phone got it setup. My vehicle spec is max hitch weight is 1000 lb and towing capacity is 3000 lb. Doing local trips only to dump. Fully lowed the trailer had 800 lbs in trailer. Something is wrong with U-Haul application approval system.

There was no one working that knew how to handle rentals. Probably stood around waiting for an hour and finally one of the works got on the phone and the U-Haul person talked him through on getting me checked in and a trailer. I had just driven 3 hrs and had a long days work ahead and I was under a time crunch so I wasn't very patient but have never had to wait even 15 minutes dealing with U-Hall in past.

Extremely easy online ordering process for vehicle, equipment, and supply rentals. Love your online process for obtaining loading and unload help. Keep it up. Recommend adding other moving help companies if possible.

Mg is a scammer and charged me for a non clean truck which was not true. I did a four hour rental to move office furniture. Because they didn’t check the box he assumed some boxes were mine and they were not and charged me. Scammer. There was a lady before me and he scammed her of her deposit because the gas was not exact and she was slightly short.

Location was 30 miles from the town we were going too and in the town we actually needed the truck they had many ü hauls that had small trucks when we passed. The inside of the cab and truck was dirty with dry mud. And the cab smelt horrible of cigarette smoke and nothing was clean.I had to call and let them know. Everything was dirty and the smell made it hard to be able to drive the truck with windows up. Then when I dropped off the truck I had left way more gas in the tank then was left for myself when I picked up but the guy said I would have to call the number uhaul to get a refund on gas.

MG Tire and Auto skimmed my credit card information and used it to make purchases within one hour of me picking up the rental. I have never used the credit card I gave him, and it was frauded within an hour of its first use. The please is dangerous.

Name of business was different than what’s on contract. Charged me for extra miles after I did them a favor to take to their destination. Spanish speaking lady just received truck, kept my receipt and then got an xtra $13 charge for going over on miles. Had me on hold for ten minutes after calling to dispute just for them to tell me that I shouldn’t have gone over miles, that should have been allotted. Beware of UHAUL. Name should be USKROOD!
