Darrell JThe truck was dirty! Smelled like a cigarette! No one came out to inspect the truck with me. And when I returned the truck the place was closed had to put the key in a drop box. I will never rent from that location again! 1st time ever had this problem with U-haul.

CYRIL NI will NEVER RECOMMEND this location EVER! Not only was the vehicle filthy and nasty and I had to report that, the worker overcharged me in different areas including the cost per mileage and what time I returned the vehicle. I had to call U-Haul customer service again for them to refund me for his additional faulty behavior. He should not be a manager or work for U-Haul if he can’t handle it. I will definitely advise my friends and family of this incident and to never use this location or possibly use another service because of this poor experience during a time of COVID.

mary ai might never rent a U haul again after this experience. The truck was Filthy and it smelled. The store was dirty and the owner was not helpful or friendly. This was upon pick up and drop off. Same person and same bad attitude. I can't say enough bad things about this experience or location. I rented a 15 ft. Last month from Kansas City and it was wonderful. Clean, nice truck and very helpful. The exact opposite of this. If this dump keeps it's rental license UHaul will continue to lose business I'm sure. Sincerely John Harrell
john hTwo comments: The truck had some damage which allowed water leakage. This was on the contract but was not pointed out to us by anyone when we rented the truck. I know, read the contract, but it would have been helpful to have this pointed out. Thankfully no damage was done to my cousin's property, but he was upset to see that water had leaked into the truck. Also, I was not aware that the truck had been modified to not exceed 75 mph. I understand this was for safety reasons, but knowing this in advance would have been helpful. Otherwise, the staff at this location were super friendly and patient during the rental process. Since I do not live in Illinois, I don't think anyone will ask me to recommend it, hence my answer to the last question. Thank You.

I didn't receive notification of the change until I went to the first location. There were items in the truck upon inspection. I was told to keep or dispose of them. Why was that my responsibility?
Don RWe had reserved the truck 2 weeks in advance and were suppose to pick up at 10am. When we got there, they told us that the person before had not returned the truck yet and that was the only truck available. None the less we did not get the truck till 4 1/2 hours later. So I recommend if you need a truck, rent it somewhere else. somewhere else

Philip BUhaul lied about the size of the truck. Uhaul is a Scam company that tricks people by advertising the length of the roof of the box as the length of the truck. I will Never do Any business with Uhaul for the rest of my life.
NICK SThe male who checked us in had no idea what was going on or how to correct the issue to accommodate us. He even had to call other employees and still messed up. I was also charged incorrectly and this whole thing was a terrible ordeal. I have never had such a ridiculous time renting a truck.

JERRY TI was very glad to find I had a truck with only 1,200 miles! My 150 mile ride was great with A/C and iPhone friendly gadgetry. Things have come a long way since my last truck rental 14 years ago.
JOHN BDriver's side floor was all muddy from a previous renter Truck floor had not been swept and had various bits of litter.

MARK RStaff where great! They were very helpful in my move. They would bend over backwards to help. The plaza where I picked up the truck was perfect, it was clear and was easy to drive out of and into.
