The only issue was the internet interface. You need to get your nerds to clean up all of the errors. I had to call in many times because the webpage had so many errors in it. Your phone lines take forever to get through so the experience was less than ideal. Everything else worked according to plan.

janira nAllegedly the uHaul Had half tank of gas which it did not and I have a picture. I only drove it for 10 miles and left the tank up to the amount it had when I picked it up. You all charge me for gas. Also you also charge for after hour service. I went around 1 o’clock to pick it up and dropped that night as well so I wouldn’t go the next day. I only had the uhual under my posesión for about 8 hours. I guess u try to nickel and dime anything out. Horrible experience.
ARNOLDO SThe service took forever. I was charged for 150 for2 days. When the man didn’t even know what he was doing so I took the usual close to 6 and was charged a deposit. I turned it I’m around 630 and put gas. But apparently I didn’t put gas on it. I would never recommend this place. They need a lot of training. They need to explain that they are gonna charge for gas even though I already put some in. Worst service ever from an insult rental company
