Location was a convenient drop off. Not a full service brick and mortar though. We actually returned the 15' truck clean and with more gas than what we were given upon pickup. But still our initial gas credit was taken away from us upon return.

At times it seemed like I was in the right place but then I clicked on what I thought was the right place and it went somewhere else. Once we figured it out it was fine but I think most would prefer just to drop off the vehicle and key and have you contact with any issues which you will have to do anyway. It felt like I was doing work for you and it was time consuming and a hassle.
Keith OlsenPickup was smooth and quick, using proper equipment. The return was a bit more traumatic, using improper equipment to raise the trailer caused some moments. Still relatively quick and efficient.

Larry LarshThe truck I used had a turn signal that wouldn't disengage after turning. you had to manually stop it from ticking. You could not turn off the tow/haul function. There was no mention that I would have to take photos of the unit upon return, just return the keys.

Not overly impressed with a dirt, smattering of gravel lot, but that's just me. Separately: And why was I charged a separate fee of $40? It was returned on time. Sorry if this was the wrong place to ask, it has nothing to do with the drop-off location.

ROBERT WILSONI rented a car dolly to find out that the wheel base was too wide so I couldn't even use the dolly. Cost me $50 to find that out. No refund nothing No wonder no one uses uhaul anymore
