Building is musty and operator is very bossy and unprofessional.
Sean CLocation was a convenient drop off. Not a full service brick and mortar though. We actually returned the 15' truck clean and with more gas than what we were given upon pickup. But still our initial gas credit was taken away from us upon return.

Lori GThe truck was hard to switch in and out of gear, the radio did not work and there was a loud squeal coming from one of the wheels- but other than that the process was easy and simple and the service rep was friendly and helpful.

James SI found the self chech in procedure rather confusing. At times it seemed like I was in the right place but then I clicked on what I thought was the right place and it went somewhere else. Once we figured it out it was fine but I think most would prefer just to drop off the vehicle and key and have you contact with any issues which you will have to do anyway. It felt like I was doing work for you and it was time consuming and a hassle.
Keith OPickup was smooth and quick, using proper equipment. The return was a bit more traumatic, using improper equipment to raise the trailer caused some moments. Still relatively quick and efficient.

Clark HMy fiancé and I had to wait to pick up our rental because location was closed during operating hours. Locational didn’t have the equipment we requested, online, to rent and the owner gaslighted my fiancé about neighboring U-Haul location that MIGHT have what we were looking for.
Robert MThe back gate of the 5x8 trailer is a bit worn, and needs some persuasion to get the pin in. Could use some percussive maintenance ;)

Rick PI was highly dissatisfied about them canceling my reservation without telling me. I drove a long ways to pick up a truck that they gave to someone else half hour before I arrived.

Larry LThe truck I used had a turn signal that wouldn't disengage after turning. you had to manually stop it from ticking. You could not turn off the tow/haul function. There was no mention that I would have to take photos of the unit upon return, just return the keys.

arrie ZI couldn't use the truck due to bad brakes. Waited hours and spent money on movers that I couldn't use in the end. Was charged for truck and extra miles that i never used.

nathaniel vOld man must be the owner because no owner would tolerate an employee with such poor customer relation skills.
SHAWN LSelf-drop off, which I despise and am unable to do myself. I had to take someone else with me specifically for this purpose. Not overly impressed with a dirt, smattering of gravel lot, but that's just me. Separately: And why was I charged a separate fee of $40? It was returned on time. Sorry if this was the wrong place to ask, it has nothing to do with the drop-off location.
Tom MThe person in the office did not tell me certain things I needed to know in regards to charges made if your just drop the key off. Printing my receipt after a couple changes became an issue.
