As I was told to return trailer to any uhaul location upon my arrival, but I was surprised to receive notification to return to M&M. Called the location when I arrived on Saturday and they were closed. Message says to call another number if you have Uhaul reservation or drop off for which I did, left and message and low and behold nobody called back. 30-45 min Uhaul wait time to talk to someone to change drop off was not in the cards. Some trailer had to be secured for a couple days before I could drop off during the week. Upon return the young lady printed contract blames some else about not calling me back, although it sounded like her voice on the message, and said park over there with a directive point of the arm. Nobody came out to inspect or help. Glad I didn't fall or hurt myself unloading on their property.Nicholas W.

My pick up location was changed after I began my trip up to PA, from NC, to a location 40+ miles from the original location. This location was also miles from the nearest town, in a rural location with poor cell coverage. As a result, the remote check in was not user friendly to use, due o connectivity. Also, it took an unacceptable amount of time to get a response from the agent, once the process began. Then, the code provided would not open the locker. The agent's response was"you'll have to come back when they open for business". This was 4:30 pm,Saturday evening and the business opened again on Monday. After a period of time, I contacted the business owner, who eventually came out and had to pry the door off the key box. I was not able to complete the remote check in. Two and a half hours after I arrived, I was finally able to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle had muddy footprints on the floor board. The next morning I noticed the tires were badly worn, down to the wear guard and under inflated. The tread on the front tires is worn flat. I called the following day to ensure the check-in was complete and to change the turn in location. The agent simply stated "the check-in must be complete since they gave you the key box code". No further information on the condition of the vehicle was taken and the turn in location could not be changed.Sean B.
