I called the store and specifically asked if the 26' trucks have fender wells. I was informed that they did not so I went ahead with my reservation. After picking up the truck, I get to my destination to find out that in fact there are fender wells in this truck. Because of this, a simple 1-2 hour job turned into almost 6. This caused a lot of wasted time, money and frustration. I will not use U-haul again. I will continue to use Penske in the future.JESSICA W.

18 miles from my destination, 3 locations within two miles from my house. Called, put on hold for twenty minutes. Went on line to change drop off location, no where to address this issue. NOT HAPPY WITH UHAUL, as a many times repeat customer I'm purchasing my own tow dolly so it won't be such a hassle. Get your crap together uhaul.Kim B.

We were guaranteed a 6x12 trailer with bifold opening doors... we did not receive an accommodating trailer. Also the entire rear left top corner the trailer was duct taped and when it rained our items inside were drenched. Upon returning the trailer and informing the location... nothing was offered for our inconvenience or our wet belongings... not even an apology. Very disappointed.JERRY R.

The worst part of this experience is your website: it is essentially unusable. Why even have it? The info is fine, but the online reservation and/or changing a reservation is a nightmare. Even the sign in was impossible. Thankful for humans helping by phone!Linda S.

Dropped off after hours (closed at 4) and couldn't get the automated system to allow return. I called the 800 number and it kept dropping my call when I got to the point of getting assist with return. I shouldn't be charged a late fee or the convenience fee. The U-Haul had mud in the floorboards. The vehicle had not been wiped down so that means it had not been disinfected for Covid or any other contagious disease. My wife purchased Lysol to disinfect the vehicle. I did not receive my $50 deposit back that the young man said I would recieve within 3 days of returning the U-Haual. The location was closed at 3:30pm on Sunday. This is hard to understand since this is at an ACE Hardware, a business that I thought catered to do it yourselfers doing home repairs etc. This caused me to be charged an extra day for the truck. So I'm not real happy about that.David K.

Not the locations fault, but we registered for 24/7 phone pickup and had to go in store to receive the uhaul. Even the people on the phone (through uhaul) showed that we should be able to get it over the phone.Brody G.

No negative comments. Personnel at this location were friendly and helpful. The U-Haul app allowed me to immediately enter minor damage pic of the trailer I picked up so as not worry about there being an issue at return (documenting the prior damage).david S.
I went with uhaul because the online site showed that a 15 foot truck was available. This was not the closest or most convenient pick up, but I needed a 15 foot truck. Imagine my surprise when one day before my move, I get a notification that there are no 15 foot trucks available and my reservation has been changed to a 20 foot. Thanks, a 20 foot truck won't fit where I am going. So I have to downsize to 10 foot which has no ramp. I can deal with that, maybe, as long as I get a furniture dolly. Guess what isn't in the truck when I go to pick up? Of course, they don't have any more at the location. So I scratch some furniture loading it. Fortunately, I was able to pick up a dolly at my destination. All of the people I dealt with were helpful but it seems like uhaul was not being transparent about what was available. In different circumstances, this could have been a big problem. On the plus side, the online dropoff process was convenient despite some initial technical issues.Daniel W.

The 24/7 pickup was difficult due to browser malfunction on my phone while uploading pictures. I was using a Google pixel 3 and the edge browser. I was just using the email links to open the browser. Had I bee advised to download and use the phone app then my experience would have gone oother.KENT B.
