The truck turn on switch needs repair immediately and nobody did anything about it. Everytime I had to spend so much time to turn on the truck.

Fix the app itself. I specifically selected app pick up of the vehicle to avoid a delay/wait, b ut the app once again failed to work. Also, nice to have after-hours drop off so in the future I would likely pick an alternate location where I can return the vehicle outside of normal working hours - it can be hard to accommodate my work schedule. But Luna's tire staff was super friendly, helpful, and quick.

Randy VPlease pay attention when customers walk in even when it's during busy hour. At least say something like, I will be right there with you in a moment. Please double check on the uhaul before renting those out. At least let the customers know what's wrong with the truck and let us decide. Our lives are in your hands and thoughts. Overall, experience this time is better than the last time. Hopefully, next time will be excellent.

Lokesh JI make reservation for 11:30 to 6:30. Truck is parked at very poor parking lot. I try to online-check in. All procedures cost me 15 minutes. After check-in successfully in mobile. I try to start the car but I couldn’t find the key. I have to call agent then they direct me to the helping desk. Finally got my key at 12:00.(I don’t know why key is not in the car if you have mobile check in system) Return process is tough and very bad experience. I came to parking lot at 5:10pm. OMG the gate of parking lot is closed( the agent didn’t mentioned the opening time when I pick up the car in the morning why you set 5:30pm returning when you close at 5:00pm). I try to contact the Uhual and pick-up site. After 10 minutes parking in the drive way, I got the answer the site close at 5:00pm. I have to return in the next morning. I have to drive back and spend 30 more minutes to find parking Next morning I finally return the car but they charge me $35 for 6gallons(the balance difference is 5gallons) and the guy in pickup spot don’t even see one word for inconvenience and for sure I need pay the gas I drive back in the first day. Worst experience. Very poor service.

Jorge THave customer view and review lease agreement together before having customer sign off - although we confirmed timeframe + requests VERBALLY, I was charged for pads and an additional dolly that was never requested. When I asked about it after receiving my contract through email, they said there was nothing they could do about it. The representative should have had me (the customer) view the agreement instead of skipping right into signing to confirm all information is correct instead of just verbally stating agreement.
Jennifer ATheir Sunday hours are listed Incorrectly. Says 9-12, but open 9-2. States after hours mobile pickup is available and it was not. My reservation was for 3:30 03/26. Property was locked up. Picked up uhaul van on 03/27. Had 3/4 tank of fuel. Upon return on 03/29 I returned said vehicle a millimeter less than 3/4 tank line. They charged me 6$ due to not being exactly on the line, as it was not when I picked up. I was into accommodated for my inconvenience of pick up date with waiving the 6$. Very bad customer service.

Chrysler JTires were old on the auto hauler that I rented and had a blow out on hwy 41 paso robles ca. Otherwise known as blood alley. No road shoulder and UHaul wanted me to stay with the trailer even though I was in danger.

Cyprus NSo many hidden charges. I rented the truck for 3 hours, 4:30pm-7:30pm. When I went to pick up they informed me that I had to keep the truck overnight, since they close at 6pm. The gates to their parking lot shut at 6pm. So I had to go through the trouble of finding someone to park the truck overnight and then return it the next morning. I don’t think you should be allowed to rent a truck until 7:30pm if they’re not going to allow you to give it back once that time hits. It was extremely inconvenient, and the lot is not easy to navigate.

RICHARD GNeed to clarify what the refueling charges are. I got charged $12 for being only slightly under the fuel mark. Also, this place is hard to find as you’re driving by the road.
SIDDHARTH PWas told drop off after hours was available however there was a locked fence when going to drop off the uhaul. Had to call corporate to extend uhaul and had to store the uhaul at my place over night.
Anthony SWe called several times to get help with details around our drop off, kept referring us to the 800 number, and they were unable to help. When we changed the location, they entered the wrong date information and the wrong location, which then necessitated several other long unusuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. Super frustrating experience overall.

I was told to pick up my rental from the East Palo Alto U Haul, when I arrived at this awful smelly location I was told that my renter was at another location in Palo Alto. When I arrived at that location I was told my reservation was cancelled-I did not cancelled my reservation. After 30 minutes on the phone they said my rental was in San Jose. 3 different locations and 2 hours later I got my trailer.
