Loralei SI had issues with the not so easy navigating the website! Customer service was helpful! Thw last issue was getting into the lockbox to get the keys! The lock was rusty and difficult to open, As i was sranding there struggling I stepped on an ant pile that was right in front of lockbox. Needless to say that I have numerous antbites!!

JAIME MThe self check in and self check out is spotty . Although we were sharing our location properly , we frequently received error messages throughout the process and had to start over many times. We now know that we we will need to arrive at least an hour before pick up time to start the process if we ever use Uhaul again .

Plasee CNothing to do with the location or the equipment. But uhaul in a whole far as quotes and what you actually pay can be ridiculous. I was quoted one price then at turn in end up paying almost double and That's doing EXACTLY what I said I was going to do in the quote. That's just crazy you guys should at least give customers an price that's at least closer to what's seen before pick up or what will be the end charge.
EARL BI travel 6.5 miles to be served at this Lumber Yard site versus traveling 0.9 miles to a not so good location. That should tell you something about the service.
