The truck really was not great, the mirror was so loose it moved at every bump and there was no dolly available. But what made the experience so great was the amazing guy who helped us. I feel bad I dont know his name but he was so great. A mid 20s black guy who was friendly and didn't make us wait while all the lottery ticket purchasers walked up. Oh wait, that was not the question...lol. Better condition trucks would be good. I would have NEVER rented that truck for an out of town move.Leah S.

We couldn't get ahold of anyone to see if we could get the truck for an additional day. The two numbers that I found for customer services kept hanging up on me. Also, we put gas in the truck and I guess it wasn't enough and you charged us $30 and then $16.50, totaling $46.50. I put gas in it and only drove it 12 miles! Unreal ;(Shannon K.

The truck I was given was in serious need of repair. The brakes were barely working, warning lights came on, and when I stopped at a light or intersection, I couldn't go more than 5 miles an hour once I began moving again. Once I did get up to speed, the speedometer kept sinking down to zero. I decided not to use the truck as I didn't want to break down, but I was still charged.Hope L.

Just unprofessional with the service. I'm sure they overcharged me for my mileage as my Google maps timeline shows me driving 31 miles all day when I had this truck but yet I was charged for over 50. It's cool, I'll just never return and rent my trucks from another company.Marc V.

Missing items and less then ordered quantities. Uhaul swapped my location to this one. Not my first choice. Lock on back of uhaul also didn't work. Overall 2/5. Below average for the listed reasons.jonathan V.
The process was extremely easy and however during the application state there was no option for military or AAA discount. The clerk at the store couldn't do anything but all in all the truck worked well for its intended use.Timothy S.

Don't schedule the customer an entire town over 30 minutes out from where they actually booked the truck. And make sure the locations you are using are professional and have normal business hours and which they are there.Gretchan B.

The truck was not a 15 it was 14 I looked in the inside of the truck to see the size and it was a 14. So the truck was smaller than the one that I reserved on line. I had to use my SUV to put the rest of my stuff . The truck smelled like marijuana and the location was 28 miles away. It was an awful experience. I called U-Haul and let them know as soon as I got home they said sorry that it.CARMEN M.

Requested 15 ft truck, they had one 10 ft truck when I got there. I had to take what I could get. Dolly looked like it was from 1970 and nasty as heck. The truck was dirty on the outside and inside, and smelled funny inside. Smelled so bad I had to roll down the window, even with the FL heat. Good unit, as clean as can be expected. Ran and shifted well with no major odors or oil burn. Used online, gotta be patient but faster then waiting in line inside the store.Richard S.

Nice people, but not great outcomes. We initially reserved a 15' truck, the contract was completed inside the convenience store and it wasn't until we were getting ready to leave that we realized that the cab of the truck smelled like so much "smoke", no one could drive it, plus all our furniture would've smelled like that. Next we asked to switch trucks, but the only way to change trucks would've been by cancelling the contract. Thankfully, the owner was able to step in and allow us to change to a 10' truck without the "smoke" issues. Also, he mentioned he would update the contract for the right truck size. Fast forward to the truck being returned and emailed receipt: Receipt shows 10' truck rental, but then shows the rental charge as if we had a 15' truck. Working with Customer Service now to get this all fixed.Jael - Alexandra M.

Offer AARP discount like other rental companies. I was quoted one rate, but when I dropped it off, the total was different. When you make a quote to someone, please be 100% accurate!! I was offered a cheaper rate with Budget because the mileage was only .69 using my AARP rate.Valerie H.
