Dirty and filthy and u broke down had to call roadside assistance. This delayed my travel time by two hours and this cost me more money.

Vondceda CollinsThe clerk was nice and most of the bad experience I had wasn’t with him, the truck I rented wasn’t available because the keys were locked inside so he tried to call and have them switch it, he had a very hard time doing this. The check in and out on the app is not very user friendly and didn’t work very well. Also I had paid for a dolley and never received it.

Christina pattersonHe likes to communication about the dolly that I opted to rent. He said he would refund it, but no refund was given. The website also told me that I would only have to pay $65 at time of pick up. But my account was charged $110 in the end. I even put $20 worth of gas for my trip. And I left more gas in the truck than what was left when I first picked up the truck. I drive less miles than originally provided at pick up as well.

Rich StephensThe online/ uhaul app had MANY technical issues when it came to picking up rental. I had a appt for rental at 10:30am I wasn’t able to get truck until after 11. I had to make multiple calls to customer service to speak to live agents to helps me with issues. At a point I had to stay on phone with U-Haul representative to help guide me threw the app because of technical issues
Melvin TillmanMy total miles on the receipt and truck was 229 miles. However, my round trip from Google was 174 miles. How can there be a 55 mile error? Other comments read the same about incorrect milage. I would say the truck mileage is not accurate.
Richard EganOrdered a Truck to move equipment with a Dolly, but the Dolly was not available. I had to go to Home depot to buy one. This issue cost me extra Money and time. Not Happy at all.

After receiving my keys and completing the checkout process online he being the representative came out and snatch the keys out my hand stating that I no longer had a contract. I had a contract I was actually on the phone with U-Haul to find the missing equipment that I had rented so I could retrieve those from another location even after speaking with a representative he still did not want to issue the truck back into my possession. He then proceeded to take orders from other customers and said it was my and u-haul a problem Not his concerning my rental. This throughout my whole move I lost my help that was supposed to help me move I was delay for almost an hour I’ll be on my check out time it was just very inconvenient the worst experience I have ever had

Kenneth JosseyHorrible .. the truck has a leak and 1/2 my belongings were wet. I could not have the truck size I preferred, even with schuking weeks in advance and had to go to 2 locations to pick up the truck for my moving, costing me an additional $100 for time wasted by my movers. Oh, and there was no dollie in the truck for me unless I traveled to a 3rd location and picked it up, which I did not care to do. Drop off was easy though to return. Overall, really not a happy customer.

And they Charge more then I have EVER been charged in 8yrs and I have used Uhaul alot! When do I expect money to be Refunded? Still waiting. Had truck 5hrs was $29.95 to rebt . Brought back same day in time. Way to Expensive. I would never USE them. Period !

Audwin MeekinsThe truck really was not great, the mirror was so loose it moved at every bump and there was no dolly available. But what made the experience so great was the amazing guy who helped us. I feel bad I dont know his name but he was so great. A mid 20s black guy who was friendly and didn't make us wait while all the lottery ticket purchasers walked up. Oh wait, that was not the question...lol. Better condition trucks would be good. I would have NEVER rented that truck for an out of town move.

Jenese ClarkeWe couldn’t get ahold of anyone to see if we could get the truck for an additional day. The two numbers that I found for customer services kept hanging up on me. Also, we put gas in the truck and I guess it wasn’t enough and you charged us $30 and then $16.50, totaling $46.50. I put gas in it and only drove it 12 miles! Unreal ;(

leonard morelliThe truck I was given was in serious need of repair. The brakes were barely working, warning lights came on, and when I stopped at a light or intersection, I couldn't go more than 5 miles an hour once I began moving again. Once I did get up to speed, the speedometer kept sinking down to zero. I decided not to use the truck as I didn't want to break down, but I was still charged.
