I was overcharged for my rental and I tried to correct it and there's no talking to them so I'm getting screwed out of $40 I did not appreciate that and this is not been the first time that this has happened and I will not be using your guys's services again thank you

This location gave me incorrect information. They said: "thus contract is for 6 days at $20 per day. When you return the trailer to Lucky Bob LLC in Apache Junction, they will process a refund for the unused day." They lied to me! I got charged 6 days on my credit card (6 days) used it 3 days! I lost $60 based on what Bayfield Uhaul told me!

The drop off was evidently not recorded as I received calls from uhaul 3 days after I turned it in to use a different location. Even the new drop off location called asking me when I would be turning it in.

The worker at the store was very nice. My problem was when she called UHaul to check my truck out the girl on the phone tried to send me to another location when there were two trucks in the parking lot just because she didn’t want to do her job. I explained to her that I couldn’t go to another location because I was dropped off and had no way to get there. After getting a little annoyed she finally decided to check the truck out for me. I don’t understand why people can’t just be helpful instead of just trying to pass you off to someone else.

Waited 45 minutes to check in was charged for two days instead of one.no one there when returning vehicle. Never got to See final bill. Won’t be going back

I made a "share" reservation. This location does not participate. I waited in a general purpose line for over 15 minutes before I could be acknowledged and handed off to the person handling U-Haul rentals. It took him over 5 minutes to complete the rental contract even though I did it all online. They did not have all of the equipment I reserved. They charged me for the furniture dollies, even though they did not have any available for me. To return the equipment, I again had to wait in a long general line before getting the right person.

Location hours should have an asterisk. Open until 11, however it’s a drive through liquor store. The doors are locked and they won’t come to the door. No assistance available. No signs or clear evidence it’s even a uhaul location other than the 1 truck parked outside. It took me a minute to realize I was even at the right spot. Hopefully I parked the truck in the right place outside the store. Like I said nothing is clearly marked or obvious at all.

The vehicle was sticky and the office is currently remodeling so it was a mess as it had liquor boxes (also a liquor store) everywhere. The office we had to wait in had no seats for us to sit down and we were there for 30-45 minutes to check in. The delay was caused solely on uhual and the system, not this location. We had to pick up in apache junction, which is 20 miles (1 way) out of our way because uhaull reservations said they could not accommodate, even after we had reservations weeks before. We were told we would have $100 voucher due to scheduling issues (we were send to 3 different uhauls), which was not reflected in the system when we were picking up (which we were assured it was). Not only that, but our mileage was not in the system for having to drive 20 miles (1 way) out of our way to get the only thing available which was a 20 foot truck, versus the 26 foot which we needed. Once we finally got our truck, it was sticky. This office didnt opem until 9am which delayed our moving, which is crucial as it is july in phoenix az which is hot even early morning. By the time we got home with the uhaul and ready to load, it was past 10am and we had to move in over 100 degree weather. Overall, horrible experience on uhauls end and I will never use their services again.

This is a terrible ugly bar the owner is hoarding garbage waist high all over his poorly kept office and there were very sketchy people and drunks outside the business THIS IS DANGEROUS to your customers!!!

Truck cab was very dirty. Had confirmed furniture dollies were available on the order. They were not available when I picked up the truck. Rental location is inside a liquor store that reeks of smoke; however, Michelle at store was very helpful while processing rental pickup over her cell phone with UHaul agent. Would not use this location again.

I informed the young lady at this location about I wasn't happy with the truck that I rented the transmission was slipping and also she check the gas upon me return and stayed that everything was ok so I get an email with receipt saying $30.00 charge for gas and I put more in than when I picked it up. Wow!!!! Appalled

Its a liquor store and the staff does not know how to handle Uhaul check in or out computer work. Good people but employees are untrained by owner.

They have not been up on the internet for weeks. Had to call in to uhaul to access my reservation. She was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I had to leave and come back. Not pleased with uhaul or Lucky Bobs.

This was an absolute horrible experience - truck absolutely filthy and had to take it home and clean myself it inside and wash the windows outside. Web check-in did not work, 24 mostly unfolded blankets given to me in liquor boxes, web return did not work, truck lighter plug to connect cell charger did not work... Just horrible!!

Location does not dispatch or return equipment (or have you sign anything), they claim to be contact-less and everything is online (which is not). Only received assistance removing trailer after waiting for an hour and complaining because I had an injury that prevented me from doing it myself. Owner was really nice but doesn't make up for a poor experience.

The truck was dirty bugs all over wind shield splatter I reserved the truck for 9am I did not get truck until 10am really poor service from the store person they said they don’t get uhaul trucks at that store just what they had .they said the truck was reserved for another person.Sent me to shoppers they said all the trucks were out sent me to main and superstition and that guy had none then uhaul called and said the truck at lucky Bobs was the one reserved for us. The place wasted an hour of our time as the place I was going said I had to be there by 9:30 I did not leave the store till 10:04 the lady had to call and tell work she would be in by 11:00am.

I will never ever rent from U-Haul again. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I was charged for fuel and should not have been. It took me over an hour at Lucky Bob's to even rent the truck. I have never rented a truck from anyone but U-Haul but I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Did the on line rental, when I got to the location, the keys were not at the truck. When I went in to the store, they claimed they do not know anything about the process. I set up the pick up at 10:00 am and did not get into the truck until almost 11:00am. I was told in order to return the vehicle, just drop off the keys at the store. I was not told to go on line and do the turn in process. When I needed help from tech support, they did not seem to know how to help me. The turn in took almost 1 hour and should have only been 20 minutes at most

This location is a drive through liquor store, only the manager knows how to do the rentals, and he wasnt there. He did my reservation all over for some reason, every person I talked to from 1-800-go-uhaul just pulled it up with my phone number. I hadnt paid online, just in case I had to cancel the reservation. But there was no way I was giving my card number to a guy who was talking to another guy on the phone. I called the uhaul number and we completed the payment that way. Then the Lucky Bobs employee gave me his phone, Isiah wanted to talk to me. I thought he was going to apologize for the confusion, look up the res, see it was now paid, and tell his guy to give me the keys. But no, he chewed me out for having him go through the whole online process, and then refuse to give him my card. He said I made him do a lot of extra work. I refused to talk to him anymore, gave the employee his cell phone back and called the 800 number AGAIN. They were nice, but were going to have to call Isiah directly, so I got put on hold for about 15 minutes while they got things straightened out. Finally after being there for about 40 minutes I was given the keys to the truck. The employee was fine, but Isaiah, the manager was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with, while I was the customer.

some articles at the back of the trailer got wet we are not sure if the water came in at the bottom or top of the door. when I went to pick up the trailer the girl behind the counter had to phone the u haul guy and he did the transaction over her cell phone. He was only 5 minutes away he could have come and do the contract in person.
