Location is quite run down. It is not very inviting. It is very conveniently located.

Building looked very poorly maintained and unsafe. Truck was VERY dirty and drove horribly. There is no way this location maintains the equipment. This shouldn’t be a U-Haul location.

The equipment itself and dropoff was fine. See my prior comments. Reservations and Customer Service for the pickup is TERRIBLE....for 3 times in a row you get a zero on a hundred scale.

It sucked. The agent tried to give me a car hauler when i scheduled a 5x9 cargo. Then had to call her boss to fix everthing. The time to get the trailer took way to long.

I had two wait 2 hrs to get vehicle since the clerk did not know how to use the computer system. This was a convenient store and did not have a printer to provide me a receipt of what they charged me or somethi g that a company normally does. She had to wait for her mom to come from another place to come ans assist her. I don't thing the store is prepare to provide this type of service. I have rented Uhaul trucks in the past and never had issues. Thanks

This location didn't know what they were doing. I used express check-in on my phone and I thought everything was done. However, the person working must have not done their part to check me in because I never got a contract and there was no proof that I had even rented the trailer, which cause tremendous problems when I went to drop off the trailer at my ending location. All of this could have been solved if the person working was properly trained on how to operate the UHaul check-in process.

Clean out floorboards as they had mud and trash from last move. The passenger side was clean and so was the cargo area. I understand I am supposed to receive a 50.00 credit feom uhaul if I didnt receive a call the day before my pick up to go over my order. I never received this call. I was also to,d(via text) i woukd receive a call from uhaul to go over my final bill. I did not receive this call either. I still dont know whqt the final charges are and i turned truck in last night. I did receive a billing statement from uhaul via email that shows zero (p) charges charged to me. I would be happy to accept this however I dont think thia is correct. Coukd I please get a receipt/billing showing my actual charges. Lastly how do I go about receiving my 50.00 credit for the “no call” the night before that I was ssupposed to receive? Otherwise everything else was fine. The movers I hired through uhaul were very good. In fact, I paid for 3 hors and they finished in 1 hour. Is there a reffund of the maount not used (109.59/ hour)? Please let me know. It seems I shouldnt have to pay for 2 unused hours but need hour confirmation please, Thanks you! Bill Howard
