The front of the Lube shop might consider posting some kind of sign that lets the customer know that the drop-off box for the returning keys is in the back of the building. It was stumbled on by accident. This info may have been provided in the contract. If so, please dismiss this comment.JOSEPH C.

My name is not BOSS, Had to wait while they changed oil on a truck. I was told insurance was mandatory , not told what miles were. Gas Tank not full on pick up.. 19.95 ended up 59.00 . No receipt, was told the computer was slow but emailed receipt went thru quickly. Will not use this location again.George D.

Was told lube business came 1st so I did have to wait a tiny bit but we backed the trailer in ourselves so they didn't need too. Then he took the keys and indicated he would check me out online after I left. I was charged a cleaning fee of $25 because the truck floor was dusty. I asked for the picture and there was barely anything on the ground. They also said there were some crumbs in the cabin. First of all, you should clean the cabins after each use particularly since there is a pandemic. If I left trash in the vehicle, I could understand, but dust being called debris is absurd. You should disclose at time of rental that the truck needs to be spotless when returned or just automatically disclose the charge. I'm sure every customer is charged this as a deceitful way for the drop off location to make a few extra bucks. This is a scam and should be made public. Rental car companies clean and wash vehicles, why is this any different.Justyna Q.

Van was clean overall. There was some wetness in the area where you'd put cups or bottles of water. It wasn't much but you can tell no one made the effort to clean it prior to our receiving it. The pickup process took far too long. I did it out of hours (0800) prior to the location opening. I arrived 15 minutes prior to that as recommended so I would be out at 0800. Submitting my information for approval took over 30 minutes. It was move in day for my daughter at school. We had a 15 minute assigned time. We just made it after packing the van partly and then she had packed the rest in her car before I got the van there. That wasn't cool at all. I did the early pickup for the exact reason. Leaving the location 30 minutes after pickup time after arriving early as informed in the instructions wasn't right.Edward G.

Very nice and clean vehicle. The only regret I had was not asking if they had a drop box for returning the keys after hours. I could have dropped vehicle off the night before because I drove right by the location. Instead I had to pay for the extra 15 miles to take it home and back again in the morning.LISA L.

Actually charge what you're supposed to. Was not charged 19.95 plus miles. I was charged 79.00 one day. Only had the truck 2 hours. Have been using Uhaul for 20 years. Never again. Didn't even get a response from company when I said I had a question about my bill. Terrible service and con job.Rebecca B.

Customer service was great, but horrible U-Hail computer system. My ID info was entered into computer about Severn times but couldn't complete transaction. Had to do everything over the phone 20+ minutes later. The Lube Oil techs were great and handled a bad situation (out of their control) very well.Robert W.

the app was a little glitchy, it froze a few times, and it didn't explain where to leave the keys when I returned the van. I was familiar with the location and the app so I was able to to everything but for people unfamiliar with the app could have problems. The guys at the pickup location were very friendly and I would use them again!Daniel R.

The back of the truck look ed clean when you opened the door and looked inside, but when I started loading it I found clumps of dirt everywhere toward the front of the truck. Not a big deal, but definitely not clean. The truck cab was very clean though and I was pleased about that!craig M.

Employees at this location were extremely helpful. Comment does not relate to their services. The $0.69 per mile plus fuel seems a little steep even if it is the going rate. Anything over the yearly government rate for business use (currently $0.58) is excessive in my opinion considering the customer also pays for fuel.Kathleen B.
