The check in/check out process through your mobile device was horrible. The picture for what truck was mine was wrong so had to look for the right one . It took so long going through everything to check in and even ten time worse to check out. The 20 pictures they have you take when you check out was unbelievable! I had to do it multiple times because the picture would keep disappearing! I would never use the mobile check in/ check out again!
Jennifer HI had no idea what it meant to use my phone for the reservation, and the guys at the location were very helpful and set me up. It was a very easy and uncomplicated experience.

Margaret MThe vehicle overheated because of a bad water pump. Cost me 2 hours and a ton of inconvenience. If the vehicle had been checked out before rented hopefully it would have been caught.
bob hThe truck I rented definitely needs to be wiped down inside. There was spill stains all over the cup holders and an old glove under the seat. Other than this, the gentlemen that helped me with my rental were very friendly, polite, professional and answered all of my questions. Check-in was easy and quick. I would definitely use this location again.

Jill MThey charged me quite a lot for fuel even though I had already refueled. For a 20 mile run they changed me for additional 9 Gallon of fuel on top of 3 or 4 I had already put in. Can you even imagine a 15' truck consuming 12 gallons in 20 miles?

Katherine REverything was good but I will probably shop around next time. $265 for an 8 hour rental is high. I realize I commuted to Cleveland and back, but I that's a lot of money.
GARY SRear view cameras would be a nice touch, but it's not always necessary. Sometimes people that get behind the wheel aren't used to driving big trucks. Especially when they have to back them up. Could help the customer avoid collision with objects or whatever is around them. Just a thought

Ronnie ECustomer service at location was good but the truck itself was poor. The alignment was horrible and almost went off the road. Then if someone gets in an accident due to a poor alignment, the customer would be responsible to fix everything. Very disappointed
Adam HThe Truck was not cleaned on the inside in a while. However, this is in no way a negative reflection on this location or on U-Hual. I have used this location a lot and U-Hual and have always had great experiences. Even this experience was great. I got from point A to B with no issues and customer support at U-Hual was absolutely fantastic whenever I needed their help.

Vickilee JI was moving from Boardman to canton, I needed to move a washer and drier. I reserved a heavy duty dolly for that type of appliance & when I arrived from canton (1 hr plus away from Boardman) they told me there was no dolly- that they only have what they get and when it goes it goes basically that they are just a “supplier” I had no dolly or way to get those appliances myself. Very inconvenient
Amanda BThe vehicle was clean, however, the steering wheel was out of alignment. It was tilted to the right while driving straight. Also, the truck pulled to the left. Also, I put $30 of fuel in before I returned it, above the level I was required to return it. I was charged $23 for fuel. Please credit that fuel charge.

Justin GCharged me for 5 gallons of gas $27.92. We put $5.00 in the tank and only drove 19 miles. They did not have time to check it in and then charged for no reason. BULLSHIT!

Michelle VThe truck floor was sticky, had an odor, there was a residue on the seats that transferred to my pants. The truck drove all over the road due to a horrible need of an alignment. To steering wheel was turned 1/2- 2/4 of a turn to the right to be straight while driving. Absolutely worst experience ever.

JEFFREY MEmployees at this location would not hookup auto transport, suggested going to another location for hookup assistance. Wipers on truck were very poor.
