My appointment was at 4:30pm. When I arrive, the place was close. I did not know that I was supposed to do a self check-in. It would've been nice to receive an email, phone call or a text message to say that's what I was supposed to do. I spent 30 to 45 minutes contacting the national U-Haul number before I was told that information. Very unprofessional in my opinion.Angela T.

This was thre most inconvenient uhaul experience ever. First, the pick up location was the most ghetto I've EVER seen in my life. The truck was just parked in what looked like an abandoned parking lot, then when I called the number on the door there was a very very unprofessional woman who answered and rushed me off the phone because she was driving. The code never uploaded to my phone. I had to call her back. The truck wasn't clean inside, had crumbs all over the floor(which I left there by the way.) The gas hand was on 1/4 tank!! I had to put $85 of gas in the tank and wasb still charged an additional $8 when I dropped it off. I ordered an appliance dolley that wasn't there. When I called to get my refund, the guy mentioned something about my refund possibly being denied. That's crazy. This whole experience was bad.DeShunna C.

Santana was great. So professional very informative and nothing but courteous. She was very helpful in guiding me through the pick up process. Although the location was not the best Santana's voice made me feel comfortable enough to continue with the rental process. Management definitely needs to keep her around.Nicholas B.
This location desperately needs re-paving, as the lot is full of holes and bumps. This location is surrounded by empty buildings, and there is trash all over the grounds. I'm glad I did my drop off in the morning because I would not have felt comfortable being in this location in the evening or at night, and would recommend others avoid those times as well. The only positive is that the location was conveniently located and wasn't too far from my home.Vincent P.
