I reserved a trailer for the s Washington st Kennewick location and filled all information online supposedly to save time at pick up only to find out the trailer was not available at place of pick up. I called u-haul customer service and found out a new pick up location was assigned but never advised me of such change, I lost almost two hours of my time trying to figure this out and also when showed at location they asked me all information i previously filled online so i saved no time there either. Next time i will go to a H-haul location to find what i need by myself, your online service seems useless for my experience.

The time i have booked the truck the per mile charge was 0.69$ when i have delivered changes to 0.89$ which is not seems to be fair policy

When I called initially, the person who was assiting me was very nice. Jerry was very nice and knowledgable when I arrived to pick up the trailer as was Bob, the person who attached the trailer to my Jeep. Nice people!

Have the equipment we ordered ready and in the truck and don't be rude when we come in and ask where it is. We ordered 2 packs of a dozen blankets and only got 2 blankets total to use! We shouldn't be charged for those!

My entire pick up experience was horrible. I had requested a 7am pick up, I did not receive notice that Uhaul was not going to be able to honor this and that the time and location had been changed. When i got to the location the the truck pick up was changed to i was told that they could not get me into the truck until after 9am. When I went back it was the same 2 people working that I originally spoke with at 730. I scheduled people to help load my truck plus I had to be in Vancouver by a certain time thus the original 7am reservation. Then I drove to another location to get the trailer. The trailer had a flat tire. Worst moving experience I've ever had.

The associate was very courteous but the truck was filthy. There was a tooth with it’s roots in the inside door handle!!! Disgusting!! I do not believe the cab has be cleaned in quite sometime.

Location was great, my only complaint was that a female phone attendant that helped me confirm my order was rude and not helpful.

first issue: pick up was at a shady hotel parking lot, then use of auto check in for truck did not function. Attendent of hotel laughed when i told him the auto pick up didn't work, said he's never seen a customer successfully use the uhaul online check in.

I have rented many uhaul trucks I have never have had a customer service person go out of his way to make my rental experience so nice and easy we need more person s like him his name was Jerry at the loyalty inn Pasco Washington location

The truck smelled of smoke, it was disgusting inside and dirty. There was a cigarette tray and lighter in the truck as well it being full of crumbs and other particles of food in the cab of the truck. I was very disappointed with my rental and this was not what I have previously experienced with Uhaul in the past.

A 7 pin to 4 pin was not available with the trailer. One was for sale but about 35% more expensive than a local retailer. They should be available with a refundable deposit when returned.

The dolly was only held in place by a plastic tie which promptly broke on a bump to my location. I did not need this as I had my own, now I was charged 7 dollars thank you for "securely" fastening the dolly

It might be a good idea to not have the van/truck set up for use immediately after someone else. We found that we needed the truck an extra day, and that was an inconvenience for the next customer. We felt bad... On the up side, Loyalty Inn was able to help the next customer find another Uhaul truck.

The gas gauge did not work, and was stuck on a quarter tank. The tires were very bald and in poor shape. One of them blew out with a load. Additionally, I was told by corporate that I would be getting a 26' truck, not a 20'. I drove 3 hours each way to get this truck.

I was very annoyed my entire order was messed up the day before moving. I was told I needed to get the truck 2 hours later then planned and they did not have the size truck available for me But showing up at the location they had several smaller trucks on the lot juat none I could use.
