I was very satisfied with everything in the beginning however ever the associate Andi turned out to be a disappointment as I informed her that I had moved out of the unit F10 in the middle of the month March and not to charge my credit card for April. Unfortunately she did not document this information and my card was charged . Thanks to Cora she reversed the charge for me and was very professional and polite. She’s a keeper and I look forward to doing business with this company again.
