jonathan oOverall I had a good experience. I would say the only bad part was the door, it would get jammed when opened. The door on the uhaul was not well designed. I had to carefully “ jimmy” the door to close while also, trying to keep my hands from free from a major accident.

VINCE HWhen I went into the uhaul in Hobbs I specifically told them I would be moving our the storage in Hobbs NM and I had to go to Lovington to pick up truck when there were 3 or 4 in Hobbs. THANKFULLY it isn't that far but yes it was a bit of a hassle especially that no one there really knew how to get me the key
Ylsin PI appreciate this staff and the experience of returning the equipment. The staff was deeply apologetic for my experience and contacted their district management to assist with my complaint. The staff was so polite and professional. The receptionist even drive me home since I had a four mile walk home. Very much appreciate this tire store and the customer service they provided. They went above and beyond to support me and welcomes me to the area.

Kirk DLower the price of equipment insurance. The insurance was going to cost more than 30 percent of my rental fee. I would have liked to purchase the insurance but not for this price.

Charles MWell for some reason the chains on the driver side for the pivot on the trailer kept coming off 15 to 20 times I got pulled over by dps and giving a warning the hook broke off had to buy a bolt 2 nuts 2 washers to hold the chain inplace

Leonel MI had to drive 30 minutes to get the trailer because my town did not have one available. They sold me a used hitch they pulled off of a truck that they were fixing. I didnt get a coupon for storage.
MANNY PThere was a problem with the system, which I can't quite explain, but I was allowed to have a dolly and moving blankets free of charge. I felt like this was a job well done to satisfy a customer.
