The mobile check-in is a joke. I've not been this frustrated in a long time. What if I did not have a mobile device? Very disappointing.

These guys were great, they were open on Saturday, they were quick and kind during the inspection report, it was an easy in and out return process, the staff asked about how the trip was and if there was any issues during the trip, overall a great experience

The staff at the pick up location was friendly and helpful. My next comments has nothing to do with staff, but I submitted my rental request weeks in advance at a specific location, Canandaigua, NY. I was informed less than a day before I was to pick up that my pick up location had changed and that my truck was available at that location on the correct day but the car trailer I also rented was not available until later in the afternoon the next day. I have to make two separate trips as I couldn't wait til mid afternoon to pick up both. The representative at your corporate office was disinterested in the situation and in my mind not helpful at all. I believe her name was Carol.

I do not think it's right that prepaid cards arent accepted anymore. There is a reason ppl use them. There is too much identity thefts, and too much hacking going on to have real accounts anymore!!!

Rebecca was awesome! I was ill-prepared and she helped me figure out a solution to buying a hitch and also had a wire harness adapter for sale that I needed in a pinch. This saved me! Great customer service!!!

The location was fine but, the mobile pick up was a terrible pain, and when called the uhaul reps were very apathetic and not helpful in resolving my issues

Check in took more than 30 minutes even though I sped up the process by providing all information prior to check in. The system is not convenient to customers at all especially those who have time constraints and need to get other places and are expecting an “express” check in.

Truck is a gas hog & no power going up a hill. Don’t like you don’t get a full tank of gas; you return it at what ever the past renter returned it at.

Very nice service people. Respectful and helpful. Truck was clean and no issues with it . Would rent from them again. Only issue was that my receipt never showed up in my email. Can it be resent please ?
