Make the big uhaul a diesel
Erik K.Only complaint was the Lot was wet and muddy. Wish was paved so my feet and truck didn't get all muddy returning it.
David S.Let me pickup closer to home so I don't have to spend a lot more on fuel and don't charge me for the coverage I declined at booking. Had to drive 45 mile to pickup a truck. Ended up getting one a lot bigger than I needed and it cost me a lot more in fuel. Was charged for the insurance I declined because the people at the pickup location couldn't figure out how to take it off apparently. Overall bad experience
