Please check the fuel level before printing out incorrect fuel level. In my situation, the gas tank was empty and the service agent's attention was drawn to it before departure.
SAMUEL AU haul advertised that it is 20 dollar a day but i used it for 3 hour and paid 96 dollars that is big difference. It seems like a scam it should advertised correctly. I will not recommend u haul to anyone to use it. Either it advertised right.

Dharmendrakumar PThe overall experience was terrible. We scheduled a 24/7 self service truck for 7 am, but we had to wait until the convenience store was open at 9 am. After that, it still took us more than 30 minutes to get the keys because the worker didn't know the processes. She didn't speak English very well, so we had no idea what was happening. We only knew we had to wait. In the end, I was able to pay via the app, but she wouldn't let us go because her system was showing that the truck was not available. Which, of course, the truck was already taken by us and information in the app was matching with the keys. After another while and showing my bank app with confirmation that I had already paid, she let us go. I cannot recommend this location.

Shivam SThe online service portion was great and easy. However the lady involved in releasing and returning the keys was poor. I had to wait 25 mins longer to get the keys for no apparent reason. Her language skills was a large barrier.

Mandeep SWe fueled the vehicle up when dropping off and they still charged us extra for the fuel.Also they said they are going to return the money they charged but nothing returned yet.
Virender sYou guys need to put a key drop up box for someone returning the truck in the evening. There’s also a risk of loosing rental equipment like the dolly when returning the truck in the evening because the back of the truck does not close with the key.

Vijayant VExtremely poor customer service. There was a wind storm in Ontario, alots of trees fallen. I was late for only 20 mins, i was charged for an extra day.

AMIT AU-Haul needs to provide an online option to upload drivers license. For some reason the text sent to upload my pictures would not open which caused delays in getting to and from and back from my destination.
Tacita BI was coded in kilometres but I was charge in miles which didn’t make a lot of sense to me which I end up paying more detail is fine I would not rent from here again It was $.86 per Kilometres and $1.34 per miles we’re in Canada The reason that I given is the truck was in miles not kilometresI I would like to be reimbursed for the extra charge
RICKW CThere was English communication challenge as the attendant spoke little of it. I had to do.most of the process on my cell phone . I was charged for items that I never ordered, however refunded most of it. Not good clarity regarding charges in miles versus kilometers. Sam

OBINNA DGot charged for furniture pads, charged for a dolly which I clearly told them I do not need. Lady barely understands and speaks English. Doubt I will use again!

RICHARDL CI found the person in charge more interested in selling cigarettes and candy bars than the truck rental. I was hoping the would have been a proper rental area where one could get shipping blankets but nothing. If I knew it was like this, I would never have done this.

MANJINDERSINGH BIt might be a good idea to require these smaller locations to sanitize the equipment after it is returned, to reduce the covid-19 risk, as we are in still in danger of community spread. I had to ask for wipes to clean the vehicle myself.
Courtney KOverall my experience was very good as first time rental truck user. I reserved online and went to pick up on time. For some reason mobile pickup was not working for me so I went in the store and guy there was very helpful. Truck was clean and very thing went fine.

Safal SPoorly managed location. Very limited knowledge of the rental and also the truck was stinking! It had used toilet paper lying on the passenger side and i had to throw it myself. Very unhealthy unhygienic. I have rented Uhal multiple times and this was my worst ever experience.
LUTHRA SEverything was good. Only problem I ran into was pricing. The amount I ended up paying was not the same as the one I got during the online process. Uhaul is super expensive. Will do the private rentals or Discount.

QAIS KIt would be better to Provide all the equipment which customer needed. If you don’t have the equipment it’s better to let customer know before the last minute. Even though the location and cleaning service was great not satisfied with the u-haul service. I don’t think I would recommend u-haul to my friends
