Total scam, do not believe a word, take pictures and collect the proof. Even after all that and multiple calls still been overcharged.
Gabriel DI rent a truck from this location and when I went there to pick it up there was nobody in the office . They made me wait for an hour and finally someone showed up.
Ahmet ZThey overcharged us and there was no dolly although I've reserved it. On top of that they charged us for the dollies...!!! I emailed them for refund but I haven't gotten any response back. Please help..!!!
Ja YI edited my profile and it was not reflected on my final bill. Customer service gave me a credit right away after my call to them.
Bell CNot charge for gas if the vehicle was returned with more fuel.
