The 24/7 online service was horrible. The mileage was incorrect on the system generated numbers, and I did not receive a dolly although requested. I had to make a number of calls to get this corrected. It took more time than it would have had I walked into the store. I was sorely disappointed at the number of times I had to contact U-haul as well as getting the entire process.Roy L.

The manager there is very nice and provides me with a lot of help. The location is just beside my apartment building, it's really convenient if you are living in El Cordova Fountain Apts. The trucks just park on Dolven Pl. or Campaign Dr., where we residents park our cars. Best Location and Manager ever!!!Lei C.

If there was a way to put a 0 star I would. I have a reservation, Uber there and they decided to go home 5 hours early. Then Uber to the next closest and they have 15 vehicles on the lot but can't rent them (SMH) so they then remotely rent me the first one, and take me back. I then go back the next day to drop it off in the AM and surprise, surprise their not there. Next time I'll make sure to reserve one near a competitor so I know I won't have to deal with this again.Michael F.

We had a reservation at another location and ended up at this one when the other one didn't work out because it was closed!! The gentleman at the desk was helpful and was able to provide us with the uhaul we needed at that moment. Very helpful.DIANA N.

hi, I am very unhappy with this issue. Your staff told us that we can have 3 people seated in the truck. BUT there are only 2 seats in the truck. We asked him if it is okay. He said that it's absolutely okay. After we drove out then were stopped by the police officer. The officer told us that it's illegal, the maximum should be two people. God! then we returned it to the store. You staff told us it can't not be fully refunded since we drove it out. Why should I pay for your mistake. Where is your promise?MIAOJIE Z.

I made a reservation online. I requested the truck, dolley, and furniture dolley. I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes to be serviced at which point Calvin informed me that he did not see my online resevation. Calvin was very friendly and cordial but was dressed in basketball attire and the office seemed to be a car sales business. During the initial process I was never asked if I need any other services. Once he handed me my receipt I asked if there was a dolley in the truck. He responded by saying "you should have told me you needed one". He seemed to not know how to add the dolley on to my service agreement and had to contact the regional manager for assistance. Once he was able to finally complete the transaction he let me know he only had appliance dolleys which cost 10 dollars. My reservation was for a standard dolley and a furniture dolley for 14 dollars. I ended up needing help from my elderly father and my girlfriend due to the lack of equipment. Needless to say it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I had previously rented two separate trucks from two separate locations the previous week and the experience was night and day. I will in the future research whether the facility is an actual u-haul location.MARK Y.

Counter person took my cc. I asked him if I was going to get billed at the time of pickup. He said when dropping off truck I will get billed. I wanted to pay by cash.MIKE S.
The manager fiddled with two different computers for a good 20 minutes before he was able to finalize and print my contract. When I discovered that there was no User's Manual in the U-Haul, I went back to the location to get one, but no one was at the desk. I asked an employee to find the manager but after a few minutes no one had come to the desk, so I left without a manual. The U-Haul was very dirty.DOROTHY C.
