Apparently there is no one routinely manning the facility during regular business hours. The sign at the counter reads "Call Dave for service". I did so at pick-up time and waited approx. 30 minutes for Dave to show. He did not respond to my voice mail messages nor my text message while I was waiting to pick up the rental vehicle. I think most customers (and me) would expect someone to be present and responsive to customers when they arrive at a business during normal business hours.

Wendy SteinerWhen I made my reservation for 8:30 it said the office was open at 8. I arrived to find that the office wasn't opening to 9 and I had to do a self service check in. The self service check in did not work, despite multiple attempts and calls to uhaul customer service. The employee did not arrive to the store until 9:15. I was ultimately put an hour behind and late for my appointment. The truck cab was dirty with dried mud on the floors.

Cara GibsonI was in and out in about 6 minutes, which was great. The trailer was in very good condition, nearly new by the look of it. The Drop and Tow Automatic Coupler was a nice improvement over the old Handwheel Coupler. This is the first time I'd rented from this location, because the location I usually use did not have a 5' x 8' enclosed trailer available, only a larger one, which I did not need, nor want on account of it being a little more difficult to maneuver through narrow city streets. Only downside was that this location was about 20 minutes farther away.

Lee FreemanWe were still charged for dollies we never received for rental. We were also texted and emailed about returning the truck and equipment and incurring a late fee even though we had returned the truck the night before and never received equipment we reserved.
Frank Stramowski1. The truck had a locked in Tire Pressure System warning light when I picked it up. I was told that a tire had been replaced and tire pressures verified and "not to worry about the warning". The person stated that the light would be cleared during the trucks next maintenance period. When I got the truck home, I checked all 4 tires and not just the one the TPS system had an error for (TPS stated "Driver's side rear low") All tires were approximately 80 psi as required with the exception of the Passengers side rear tire that was 30 psi low. I pumped it up with a bicycle pump and the TPS warning cleared. I see that as a safety issue. 2. I also looked at the acceptance pictures for the truck and all of them were low quality and did not indicate any truck damage. This required me to take many pictures of the truck to indicate all of the scrapes and dents that were previously made to the truck. There were creases down the whole side of the truck and dented fenders.
